This Post Office has tanked. I have repeatedly spent $13 and more for simple Priority Mail that…read moretakes 10-15 days to arrive. They'll tell you it is not their fault (blame the main Hub, blame weather, blame whatever) but I track every package. I watch mail destined for the east coast get sent to Denver first. Mail I send to the west coast ends up in Jersey City. There are NO refunds for Priority Mail, they just accept your money, don't provide the service, and it's tough luck for you. The only person to blame is yourself for giving them your money. Separately, I've received crushed packages, no packages, and a family 3 blocks away share my same house number so we exchange wrong packages frequently; I'm lucky those people dependable, unlike the USPS. I have tried to support my local post office for many years now. Remember how we were encouraged to buy stamps and anything else to keep the USPS afloat? I'm old school; I did it all. Now I'm done. I should have learned my lesson long ago. I'm incredibly frustrated and disappointed. It's such a shame too because the clerks who have customer contact are some of the nicest and friendliest people I've met, and I've seen their faces for many years. They must take all the heat for late and missing mail. I will miss their smiles and the post office I remember, but I won't miss the grief I've experienced over and over again. If you need mail handled correctly the first time, find another provider.

They do what they say and they are professional movers. -Clear quote in writing. They don't chase low rates. You do pay for what you get. Also: -No extra surprise fees -They moved me out of 2 storage units, drove my items to my new home, unloaded that load, then helped me unload and unpack my 16foot pod. 2. This crew arrived on the dot, moved my things with care and were SUPER quick working. They unloaded my 2 units and into their truck so fast. Once in my 2 story home they asked where things needed to go. None of this needing to move things after the move. They laid down a protective mat for the dollys and high traffic. They took the extra time to help me place my heavy furniture and took apart and put back together beds after going up and down my stairs. They were super careful not to hit my walls, corners or doors and doorways. I'd 1000% pay the money and hire them again. I've moved 6 times at this point and by far this has been the most pleasant, professional, efficient and enjoyable! He made sure to understand the ask, offer solutions, and follow up without being pushy or aggressive at all. Even though to satisfy the building I had to pivot and make an entirely new plan, when I let Manuel know he responded very kindly with keep us in mind we are here instead of "oh my God what a waste of time" like I feared. I can absolutely see why they have such consistently high ratings. Because I was getting a pod and did not have the delivery time, Kevin scheduled me for between 1-5pm. I got a call a about 1230 and two guys arrived at 230. The guys were great! They carefully wrapped everything up and secured most of my items into the pod. They were there for three hour at $140 an hour. These two young kids even moved a really heavy outdoor fireplace and heavy appliances. Since I moved out of town, I hope I never have to call them up for help again.
