One girl was on her period and just as pissy and griping about everything under the sun you can imagine. we should never have even known she was on her period in the first place. the crew leader (big G) threatened to " tear you up" in my husbands face for helping out IN OUR OWN HOME!!!!!!! and when I called to discuss with the manager,( Logan) he told me "I was blowing things out of proportion" instead of giving the customer service he should have. I was literally in tears at one point because it was so bad. There are tons of hidden charges. they left a truck off our delivery until the end of the day, then charged me to unload it after hours , even though it was their fault for the truck not showing up. they just put stuff every and anywhere, even though all rooms and items were labeled to exactly where they go in the house. they left trash everywhere, didn't finish assembling our furniture, milked the clock terribly. ( we were told 6 hours to load, which they SLOOOOOWLY stretched to 10 hours) BIG LESSON......never hire BTH movers. Broke a box of Kitchen Platters and I have yet to hear from them on the compensation for that. it was very very stressful, unprofessional, and the most rude people in a service related business I have ever come across. We moved 30 minutes away and it cost us right at $10k. A complete and horrible experience. I would never recommend this company at all.

Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here.
