We didn't stay long, but we were happy with the pricing, the units, and the availability of the truck for rental. We also like that you buy your own lock and keep it afterward, but it would be nice if it was a lock that could be used for other things (such as a padlock). Our only suggestions are to work on the pathways between the storage units (they are very uneven and it is difficult to navigate at times) and to have the truck serviced. The truck is in decent shape, and the price is very fair, but it is difficult to drive and could use some maintenance.

It's been a long time since I've used a storage unit, so maybe this is normal? Their site quoted me a web special of $47 a month for a 5'x10' unit, plus a $24 one-time admin fee. No biggie on the admin fee, it was disclosed on the site and the employee called and confirmed it with me. But when I got there, I was also required to purchase their insurance which was a minimum of $16.50 more per month. So now I'm at $63.50 a month - not such a great deal anymore! Then I also had to buy their lock for $18. I only need the space for a couple of months, so I'll suck it up, but wish I had known the big picture when comparing with other companies.
