If you have a lot of metal when you first enter you will stick to your right because you will drive over the area that says " Truck Scale" they will prompt you when to move onto the scale. They weigh your truck and by looking right they give you a green light to go ahead. After you get the green light you drive towards the back where you unload all your metal. Once your done you will go back to the truck scale and weigh your truck without the metal. After your done you will park anywhere get off and stand in line at the cashier so they can give you a check for the amount of your metal. Now if you selling cans/ scrap stuff that isn't as large you' would drive in get off and then get asstaince that way but since we had large metal pieces our process was different. After going through the recall process the Pipe Doctor would only come back out to do upgrades that we did not request and which are not covered under the home warranty. Over $1200 of upgrades for a simple leaky shower head! We called our own plumber out and said all we needed was a new cartridge. He showed me the one he took out and it was obviously old and never replaced by pipe doctor!! Our plumber had it fixed in an hour and that included running to the hardware store for the part! And only $195!! Cinch would not refund our deductible for the job.
