SERIOUSLY! So I am returning an item from Amazon and it always seems that they are looking for ways to nickel and dime you to buy something from the store: either a bag, box or even TAPE ! This guy wouldn't even help me. I had two boxes I brought in for my Amazon return he would acknowledge me. I had to ask him, " do you all have a tape gun I can use?" His response, " you can buy it". Do yourself a favor and head to the FedEx Kinkos. At least there you will get "service" And stay away from this place. read more

Due to Covid and my love of shopping on line & not every purchase is perfect! What then? Just imagine numerous returns whether to Macys or Amazon! Some packages I just need to ship out! I have personally visited this UPS store numerous times, plus a few other locations. The one thing about this particular location is the consistent professionalism, respectable & helping young man. This man always greets with a smile regardless of what the ask is. On occasion the box is way too big or heavy! Boom turn around and he's there offering help or holding door. So, take your business elsewhere. Rude and inconsiderate owner. I walked into the store at 8:40 in the morning, completely empty, wanting notary service, and to send a document. He informs me that he doesn't do notary before 10 AM. Now I could understand if he was the only person present, and the store was packed, but I was the only person in there and obviously it was just too much of a hassle for him to pull his little seal out of his drawer. So yes, the loss of my business might not be much to him but I'm trying to get the word out and will post it on every available website , there are plenty of UPS stores to do business with. I've only had 1 experience with this location as there is another UPS Store mere seconds from my front door that I usually use out of convenience. However, this store was much quicker and more efficient than my normal go-to so I think I might test the waters a few more times before going back to tried-and-slow. In that time we've gone from a small company shipping and printing a few orders maybe once a week locally to one that is now shipping multiple international orders each week in addition to orders within the states. We've used this store for poster prints, packing and shipping, laminating, and much more and have never had any issues. This is the worst experience I've had at a UPS store. There was terrible service and the employee was rude. She didn't warn us of the SUPER slow computer that took 15 minutes to print two pages off of email. Ended up getting charged close to $10 to print two pages. Ridiculous. read more

She was super friendly and even helped me do some brainstorming for my new business. I was not aware how much the UPS store could do for a small business owner like myself...not only that, but the prices are extremely reasonable.
