The following are the list of issues of what they did to me and why they are unprofessional: - 2 site surveys were done and they still ran out of boxes and I had to spend an additional $400 on extra boxes/furniture pads for myself - During the initial survey I was told all my nice furniture would be protected with pads and wrapped appropriately. Oooh but that was a lie!! I will provide pictures. - There were only two men packing my 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and full garage house. I was nice and purchased lunch for myself and the two men ($60 on Popeyes), only for one men to leave after eating and a new guy shows up and takes my leftover chicken without asking. WTH!!! You didn't pay for that. On top of that the packing was not finished as promised that day. Was told they guys coming to move the stuff would do it the next day. - They asked for an additional $200 on packing day because they didn't see I had so much. However, remind you two site visits were done!!! Plus I spent extra money on more boxes myself. - On finish packing/pickup day (next day), 4 men came but only three guys were doing work, and one left after two hours. One guy stayed on his phone 80% of the time and they were there from 0930-1800. - You can tell they were not packers, they treated my stuff like trash. I spent thousands of dollars on my things and for them to treat me this way was disrespectful. They didn't wrap all my leather couches, my table, chairs, clothes, pictures, or washer and dryers. Remotes and power cords to tvs were separated and thrown into my storage room. - Bookshelves and dinner tray stand are broke. - I was told not to complete the payment until the guys were done. Of course, they did not finish because I needed another storage room to fit the rest of my items. However, I asked the guys while packing my 1st unit was it enough space for the items left at the house and they all said yes. If they had told me no I would have had enough time to purchase another unit while the office was open. When we got back to the house they realized then it was more stuff. Now who fought is that? I thought this company was professional!!!!!! Yeahhhh ok!! - My flat screen 75inch and 60inch were laying against the storage unit door!! SMH - I had to wait until the next day to get another storage unit to fit the rest my things. The owner called me that night and said that the guys are waiting for their funds. Now, I have no problem with paying the rest but I was told when they were done and clearly they were not. - I paid them the money but I would Never do business with them again. Please look at what they call professional!!!! Run Far far far away from them.

He fell and dropped several of our boxes marked clearly as "fragile". They claimed they were able to take apart and put our sleep number bed together. They took it apart but were not able to put it back together. I called several times to get help for the money I paid to fix the bed and the broken items and they refused to call me back. I contacted various movers as her previous plans to get the chair moved fell through. Big Stuff movers were quick to respond to my request for a price quote. I contacted 3 different companies and only Big Stuff movers and another company quickly contacted me back. I wanted the chair moved within the next two days but they were booked until the weekend. I got their price quote and thought they were reasonable. I got the other price quote from the other moving company and they were ridiculously priced. I agreed to wait until the weekend so the Big Stuff movers could move the recliner. I made a small deposit when I booked and the reminder was due upon delivery. They were excellent in responding to my text messages. The day of the move the mover wore a mask and covers on his shoes and went upstairs, disassembled the recliner and took it to my sister's house and reassembled the recliner. My mom is very happy now she has her recliner and can get up without the need of assistance. Thank you Big Stuff movers for helping my mom with her recliner. If you need to move an item or a whole house you can expect excellent service, a good price and a company that cares.

So I text to see what the deal is only to find out he is by 1604 and marbach...and it's already about to be 4pm. So by the time he would have arrived it would have been close to 5... Everyone in SA KNOWS traffic is bad... So because of time constraints I had to cancel AGAIN.... *********** So I'm actually extremely pissed. This past week I needed movers. The guy agreed 930am-1030... Then the next day messaged me and said if 230-3 was ok... I guess he saw I didn't respond and then sent another saying that the initial time was ok. So today I'm waiting and he called saying he had to move it to 1230. I didn't mind so I said ok. Then he blew me off again and said 230-3. I get it but I feel like he already knew that he wasn't gunna do the 930 am and was gunna bullsht me until 230.... Why? Because the message he sent the day before. I have a schedule too, your not the only one. I had to cancel and now I'm stuck without a mover for anything.
