When I called to ask about Andy, he told me I can either "come up here, or go" as in get off the phone. And this isn't the first time he has acted rudely to me, or to others I've seen. The store is often unorganized, and not all the packages get scanned in sometimes. There have been occasions where I, and other customers of this place have shown up during business hours, and not on any holiday, and the store is closed. I have received other peoples mail/packages. I don't recommend this PO Box for these reasons, and again, poor management. I do not appreciate the manager, Andy, and his rude behavior towards me. Unprofessional. I would encourage spending your money at another PO Box.

Tia was my first point of contact and she was fantastic -- patient, understanding, and confident they could handle what others couldn't. Pricing was reasonable and transparent, and she worked with me to make it fair. Suhrob and David showed up early and immediately got to work. They were organized, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. The desk was heavy and complex, but they disassembled it correctly and moved it safely. What impressed me most was that they took the time to explain how it comes apart for future moves. That's next-level professionalism. They also helped with a few extra heavy items without hesitation. This is how moving should be done. I'll be using them again this summer.

No loading stuff into a truck, moving and unloading. Just up some stairs. Despite this I was charged a $125 "Fuel Surcharge" despite the fact their office is less than 5 miles from my house... and they showed up in a mini van. I questioned the fee and was told they did this on all jobs and I had no options. So counting the fuel fee and the 3 hour minimum you will be charged $620 no matter how small your move is...Period.
