We found this location for my mom to store her things. Location is convenient and the place was clean. We got everything moved in and had plenty of space. It's climate controlled and very secure. We had an issue: the entry system is dual. You have to load everything into the room, then close the first door to the outside before you can open the door to get into the facility. This prevents both doors from being open at the same time. The power to the facility went out and we had all the stuff loaded in the first section and couldn't get the door to close. It took about 30 mins for the power to come back on. We were unable to reach anyone to help with the situation which was on a Sunday. Would have been upset to have to move all the stuff back into the truck. There was no way to get inside with the big furniture. read more

They told me they were going to have a lock inside my storage I get there and there was no lock there was a dolly with a huge furniture I mean come on guys really I see rats dead and told me it was climate control lol is hot af I mean I guess read more

This is a greedy bunch of people who have no customer service skills whatsoever! Save yourselves the headache. The storage units themselves are great except for the locks maybe a little flimsy but otherwise great place if it wasn't for the greedy front office person that would NOT waive a $20 late fee (granted the unit is only $60s per month) amidst a world-wide viral pandemic on an account that has NEVER had a late fee before!! FOR A FEW HOURS PAST the payment day! Unbelievable greed and stupidity!!! Don't rent here! Just don't do it! read more

My first lot my stuff got attacked by rodents they then offered to move me to another unit while they took care of the rodent problem...great !!.. removed all the half eaten items and rodent poop off my stuff. Then the ac unit leak into my 2nd storage unit and just about ruined the rest of my stuff that the rodents hadn't attacked now just floating inside the bins.Once again they just offered to move me into another unit no discount..no 1/2 off ..nothing ..once i get the rest of my items dried I gotta find another place no customer service. read more
