The ladies in the office are great, which is the only reason that I'm leaving 2 stars. We have rented here for almost 4 years. When storage king bought the property just over a year and a half ago, they started implementing significant price increases, with less amenities. in the year and a half that they've owned the property, our price has increased 4 times to nearly $40/month more than what it was when we started renting. The security is not great. And it isn't uncommon to run in to renters who think they own the property, and take up an excessive amount of space when loading/unloading. Someone attempted to break in to my vehicle, and the cameras mysteriously stopped working during the exact time the break in was being attempted. We've gotten multiple calls to come check our vehicle after gates getting cut, and things being stolen from other vehicles. they've had a plan to expand the parking storage since before we began renting, but nothing has been started. However, they're sure to let the parking renters know that when it does start, they won't be able to offer any parking spaces during the construction time. so kicking out all the parking tenants during the period of time it's being built. read more

The lady in the office is great person, but the corporate office is very greedy and don't care about customers. i moved in and within 2 months they doubled my rent so i found another storage in area at the rate i moved in this one for.. my rate at is locked in for 1 year. I ask for the same thing here at King, was told it will go up again in 8 months due to the don't want long term storage people they only want people moving in and out. read more

What I loved was that their price was in the middle of all the ones that I called, but most importantly came with twice as many workers & they did not charge for packing up the boxes I did not get to! As of February 2026, H-town movers provided 4 movers for $155/hr , with a $120 one time fee that covered the truck & travel. That is all i was charged! (They have a minimum of 2 hrs, but anything after that, they only charge at 15 minute intervals). I provided the boxes, tape, and paper-- you can get their packaging packet, but I found all of my stuff cheaper & they used the kitchen towels, wash rags etc that i left out for them also! However, they do provide unlimited plastic wrap & moving blankets to wrap up all furniture. They were very careful packing up all my fragile items (large dresser mirrors, China plates, mugs etc). I was very relieved with their detail to that . They were extremely efficient (did not purposely "dilly dally" to rack up hours) and had a great attitude the entire time! I could hear them singing or telling jokes to each other, which helped relieve a little bit of my stress by creating such a pleasant atmosphere. They were also extremely kind with our toddler running around. I did not have to micromanage them at all. The only thing I did have to remind now and then was if a certain section was going in storage or to our new moving location. They did not charge for making 2 stops. At the first stop, they would ask where we wanted the box or furniture item, and they happily brought it to whichever location. They do not charge for stairs, which is nice. They were also extremely efficient in packing up the storage unit where we had a ton of space left over! i would highly recommend this company & their movers and I would definitely use them in the future! Having more hands on board at a very reasonable price helped get everything done in one day and in a shorter time span than I had anticipated!

They arrived a little bit early, and I was thoroughly impressed with the way they handled the furniture. First they assessed everything that was being moved and then they strategically took pieces out, wrapped each piece and carefully loaded it into their truck. Mark and his team were friendly and courteous and showed a great deal of respect for my home (walls, stairway, door openings). They double checked everything when they were done and returned everything in my home to the state it was when they'd arrived. I can't say enough good things about Mark and Clear Creek Movers.
