O % the worst experience ever was thir a couple of yrs and when I need them to come thru . Due to some one braking in to my storage and stealing all my value belongings. I did. Not get a solution instead received a very limited response . Ask for some answers or some empathy for my sever lost . And received no answers like they were trying to hide something when asked for video tape . No broken door .nor cut metal. Som3 one used a key no force entry. So I may say I had 3 keys only me my wife and the storage people. So when they put a fight to give answers. Is very suspicious. Calld police. And picked up a report .. sad to say . That thy had yest broke into MI neighbors storage as well . Please stay away from this company. Is up to you . So worse experience ever . read more

I have always used public storage and let me tell you it's a huge difference in service and I will never go back. I had to rent a 10x15 unit from public storage so I made a online reservation a month before online to make sure I could lock-in the date. The website told me I had no obligation to pay at that time and I could pay on my move-in date. The unit was going to be $102 or so a month because the deal online was $92 a month so with taxes and insurance that was like $15 that's what it was which is a good deal for the size and all. Fast forward a month and I show up at 3:35ish pm (my move in appointment I had confirmed was at 3:30 but traffic) no one was in, there was no sign or nothing. 4 people were waiting outside to move in. We call customer service and they just tell us the manager is probably helping another guest and that we can't complete the reservation online anymore because each location reservation is different. Okay. We wait until about 4:30. We leave because it's really hot and humid and get gas to come back. Come back at 5:20 pm. The storage unit place tells you everywhere they close at 9pm but online it states that location closes at 6pm. Still. Not one person there. I have to leave to pick up my kids and then call customer service again to make sure they give me the same rate when I come back tomorrow and I get told that my unit was sold to someone else a while ago and a lecture about how I should have paid in advanced and that's why I lost it. No apologies or anything. Just straight up you messed up. So I ask her what was the point of a reservation then and she says it was just a slight "hold". I hung up. I then look everywhere and find this place at a higher but still reasonable cost. Make the reservation online (still the same day) show up and the app lets me go right in, and my unit is perfect and accessible already with a thank you note. (Literally within hours of reserving it.). read more

Recently rented unit at Treshwig location. Bernice was extremely helpful! They have the best customer service we've ever experienced with a storage unit company. We moved some of our stuff in the following weekend and didn't know where our unit was. Instead of showing us on a map or giving instructions, they actually escorted us to it (in their golf cart)! It was so nice! The unit is very big and clean. We're very very pleased. They were also very clear about the cancellation instructions once we are ready to remove our things which was great. I would suggest that you look at the other storage units in the area. There are plenty of storage companies within miles of this storage facility. I have stored my stuff at this storage facility for years. This place is now under new management (Extra Space Storage). I have already closed out one of my storage units since the new management company has taken over and can not wait to have time to clean out and close the other unit. I found the new management to be very unfriendly. It also appears to be much warmer in my climate control unit than it was with the past management company. Good Luck.... read more

Excellent customer service and Tony was great with helping us get setup and started. I love how easy and smoothly it went and it was so fast and easy too. Extra Space Storage was also a better buy/investment for our storage needs than the other places we had already checked out. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful and it was a pleasure doing business with such a wonderful and knowledgeable employee that wasn't just sitting behind a desk looking to sale me a space. I have rented from some of the "big names" in storage recently. My experience with Extra Space was better than any other provider. The office staff was friendly and competent (getting rare these days) and the office was neat and clean and the displays were installed in such a way to be attractive. The storage locker was also clean and ready for move in. All we had to do was back up the truck and carry the stuff in. Excellent overall! read more
