A few minutes later, she met me at the front desk & I was able to pay for the unit I needed after touring it. The app made entry & exiting both the gated parking lot & the building very easy...not once did I have to use the keypad! The facility was very clean & staff was helpful & friendly. The only thing I disliked was that the walls between the units don't reach the ceiling. This may be more convenient for fire sprinkler systems but it's also a way that these facilities seem to cut corners. I say this because I read reviews for other nearby locations & some customers complained that their units had been ransacked & robbed because people could go through the walls between units. So I chose this facility because it had the most positive reviews. However, this is something to be aware of....

When I asked both customer service and the location for an accommodation of a lateral move, a different unit within the same building for the same size, which would (for various reasons help me out A LOT), they refused. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, from both Stella the district manager and Brad, the guy at the location who just HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. They have no sense of customer loyalty and, if you ask me, no sympathy for handicapped people. SHAME ON THEM.

The team was efficient, respectful, and understanding of the hot mess of a move we had for them - lots of packing help with not a lot was ready to go, plus some unexpected furniture moving that required disassembly/reassembly. They came right about 15 minutes after the end of the arrival window which actually worked out well so we could prepare more for them, but overall everything was faster than they/we estimated which is great when you're paying by the hour. They used supplies we had bought from Home Depot and Amazon, plus their own for the wardrobe and other big things. One glass jar was broken in the unpacking process and they were quick to apologize and clean it up the best they could. While they ask customers to leave a review (totally understandable), I appreciate that they don't incentivize for them nor do they demand 5 stars. We'll be calling for them again, no doubt.
