I sat in my truck & applied 145 labels to the confirmation receipts that need to be scanned & postmarked. I returned at 4P & Angela & I (via the window guard) organized & processed all 145 letters. By the time we were finished, it was 5:20P & with no help from her colleague who was available intermittently. Which turned out a be positive as the colleague was discourteous with customers...people ask questions for guidance, not to be chastised. Nonetheless, Angela was cool as a cucumber, cordial & helpful during my 1.5-hour visit. Not once did she get ruffled nor try to rush the process, only stated once the doors were locked that we had a certain amount of time to meet the truck. After grabbing an envelope, I was told by one of the clerks, "Hey! Stand on the other side to write out the address! We don't need you to be blocking other customers," then proceeded to say in a lower voice that I hear, "People just can't understand basic directions!" The irony was that no other customers came through during that time and the other guy filling out a label gave me this look of "WTH is up with him." The other clerk was nice, thankfully. -Might not hurt to invest in a cleaning service of some kind as the overall inside felt and looked unclean. -Definitely need to invest in making sure that trash and other garbage is picked up in the parking lot. It wasn't a great look to see garbage in large puddles of rainwater. At this point, I am just going to spend the few extra dollars and start using UPS and/or FedEx for shipping items and sending urgent documents as long as the recipient accepts those packages. I understand that customers can be mean to workers and at a certain point, workers can develop apathy towards others, especially towards customers. USPS is definitely way underfunded and workers are probably treated poorly. However, the major attitude that I got for just simply filling out a mailing document in the wrong area that'd block the "plethora" of customers (which there were none) without even saying a word was uncalled for and not acceptable. I know nothing will happen with this review; this is just my venting that I'll no longer visit this location anymore and just use other providers.

It was a difficult move due to having to give away so much furniture and downsize due to medical issues. My clergy paid for the move. The movers broke an inordinate mount of furniture, electronics and wall decor. Even a glass top to my buffet that appeared well packed was badly broken. (Pictures) The list of the large items that were broken is to follow: - My Vizio 44" tv's screen had a large spider break and had to be thrown away. I was offered $12.72 from the moving company's insurance company for the TV. - A solid wood side table in excellent condition that was my late Mom's leg was snapped broken in the middle. It hurt emotionally to lose that beautiful, meaningful piece. - A solid TV table leg was broken in half at the same level as my wood side table's leg. I can't imagine how that could happen. , a piece of glass 19"x32" that topped my wood buffet furniture broke, (Picture) - Movers broke a large wall mirror. Both mirror and ornate gold frame broke. (Picture) - The front of my small safe is beat up and won't open. It was in perfect condition before the move. I found it upside down at an angle in the kitchen pantry. The thick, hard metal keyboard and the metal on the edges above and below the keyboard on the same side has nicks and scratches. (See pictures) My COVID vaccination card is in the safe and it's required for a new job screening so I have to pay a locksmith with money I don't have to open it in the next 10 days. Prescriptions, valuables and important documents are also in the safe. Again I can't imagine what could have nicked and scratched that metal. I called the owner and he said he only knew about the tv. He offered nothing not even voicing that he regretted all of the damage. He said to Google the safe to find how to open it but I knew that. Even though it was a very small job there was no excuse for that much damage.

The manager didn't keep his word to waive the charges even after I emailed the stored to notify them that the charges had processed on my credit card.
