That's false imprisonment! Then I got a termination notice. OK, fair enough, but they wanted me to be gone two days later even though I prepaid two months. The first issue is the limited number of carts to help move your items. They have no more than three available, and these are often in use by one person or simply missing. Additionally, if you are looking to use this facility for long term use, beware they increase your rent with little notification by $50 or more approximately every 6 months. We moved in with a rate of $153 plus insurance and left the unit about a year later paying over $300.
