I moved close to this place about two years ago and it's been my go to for fast, convenient and high quality meals. I have tried almost everything on the menu; from vegan option to their new chilaquiles verde. I have yet to have a disappointing meal. The quantity is impressive and the quality is above parr. I am surprised that this place is not busier for how delicious and affordable it is. The menu is vast which makes it easy to discover and rediscover favorites. I enjoy their drink options the most! Their aguachiles, vegan ceviche (cauliflower), cheese steak torta and vegan portobello torta are my favorites. The venue is always clean and staff is very friendly. Staff handles everything so well and professional; and are quick to make accommodations. The wait time is never too long and everything comes out fresh and orderly. I've been coming here since 2020. It never disappoints. I've had most of their vegan items and my favorite is the cauliflower ceviche. I've also tried their smoothies and green drinks and always feel good after drinking them. They recently added new items and they all look delicious. They have aguas frescas, not much of a variety, but the two they have out look delicious. I got the piña agua fresca (which she assured me was from fresh fruit and not from powder) and the new menu item- gorditas de pollo. Gordita de pollo is amazing! Feels light & fresh. My little cousin loves their wraps and tortas are also very flavorful and tasty. Everything you eat here feels fresh & healthy. Food is not greasy and hits the spot. The ladies here are also very helpful and friendly. Never had a bad experience with them. They are very consistent & innovative ~ they're always updating their menu with delicious new items! Your food is good. However, your customer service is now going to keep me and my family away. You didn't greet me with a warm hello. You asked what I wanted to order and I told you I was there for an online pickup order. You never bothered to see if my order was ready. In fact it was sitting on the counter the whole time ready and you proceeded to help others. This now has happened twice to me! Maybe you should devote an employee to handling pick up orders or a separate line? I come here for the açaí bowls, and I try to get something different every time as well. Every single thing I have ordered here is delicious! They have an açaí smoothie that is amazing, my son loves the choco banana smoothie, the mushroom quesadilla is packed with cheese and mushrooms, you won't be disappointed. This last time I was there I got the veggie wrap and it was really good, but I had to add honey mustard to it because it was a little bland, but I still loved it! They even have a vegan menu!
