Dimitriy did an excellent job installing approximately 1700 sq ft of hardwood flooring. Dimitriy and Ivan took their time to ensure the subfloor, which required a fair amount of leveling, was properly prepared. I really appreciated their attention to detail. The project included installation of hardwood floor on the stairs utilizing white risers, as well as installation of matching trim. The bottom of the staircase was originally round, which I wanted updated for a more modern look. Dimitriy was able to accomplish this task without any issue. Extraordinary Hardwood goes above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction. Although it was not the cheapest quote I received, you pay for what you get and I found this company to be very competitive in its pricing. Dimitriy and Ivan were friendly, communicative, and timely responded to all questions I had throughout the process. We hired Dimitriy to re-do our LVP floors we had done a couple months ago because we were very unhappy with the leveling and installation. Dimitriy meticulously took up the existing LVP (if you're not careful they can break) and spent many hours leveling and prepping our floor the correct way. He had to take up a lot of the previous level compound and re-do our entire home. Lots of work went into getting our job done right. I will say this, we learned an expensive lesson to have a professional like Dimitriy do it the first time! Floor prep and leveling are very important and made a HUGE difference in the overall outcome of our floors. We are very happy with Dimitriy's work! They took care during demo to protect the walls, cabinets etc... and still allowed me to access food/fridge since we were on site.
