The gentleman working there mistakenly handed my wife the ID card of our friend. When we informed him of this perceivably innocent mistake he said "you know what they say? You all look alike." As a retired veteran, I was astonished that an employee on duty at a business that deals with customers felt comfortable speaking to us like this. Needless to say, our pleasant experience immediately turned negative because we were all upset. As previously stated, he seemed very comfortable communicating in this manner which makes us uncomfortable about returning to this site.

The only issue I've ever had is with the employee monitors in the shooting lanes. They hover, and it gets pretty distracting. If you unknowingly break one of the rules (they're a lot of them and they aren't posted) they descend on you and brusquely correct the error. These aren't mean people - they're just doing their job, and it's an important one. However, there's got to be a better way to ensure a safe shooting environment. I'm really conscientious about obeying the range rules, but I can't get through a clip without at least one of these rather harsh admonitions. Again, the place is solid... but there should be a more constructive way to help people that want to follow the rules. The distraction and awkwardness of the constant interruptions affect the experience.

They couldnt figure it out either but required me to pay 50% anyway. Their app doesnt work so I was forced to pay $50 for a lesson where I would likely get the instructor sick. Rather than reschedule, I will just cancel and find another range. disappointed!

Range targets have a bunch of pre-programmed scenarios (i.e. shoot/no shoot drills, reload drills, charging drills, increasing distance drill) or if you can create your own. Very clean with probably the best air filtering system in town. Biggest thing I like is you are not limited to an hour. You want to shoot for an hour, Great. 1 1/2 hours Great, want to leave and go have lunch and come back, again Great. All of this for one price. No more kicked off the lane in exactly 60 minutes. Gun rentals are only 5.00. They also have memberships with NO initiation fees that basically pay for themselves if you go 2 times a month. If you've read this far you can see I really love this range. I don't work there but I've been a member for 5+ years. They didn't pay me for this either.

The main building is large and is great for events. I wish that the restrooms were larger to accommodate more people. The large covered pavilion works great in bad weather. The shooting stations need some more TLC but I like that they change up the launching positions to mix-up the clay's trajectory from the previous year. They have hired more staff, including an Events Coordinator, who was amazing! Keep up the good work y'all!

Unfortunately, my wife and I went on a rainy day to get a little practice time on a new pistol. There was a few people on the firing line shooting pistols a black power handgun and one person had a Over Under. When we came we had to register for a membership and watch a safety video on firearms safety and range rules. This is There Rules and a very good one. Since I didn't have time to purchase bulk 9mm ammo for practice we bought some Magtech FMJ ammo as they only allow for FMJ at the pistol area. The range has a area for Shotguns, Rifle and Pistols. I believe the rifle area only allows soft points or hollow points and they also rent long arms We will be back when we purchase some bulk ammo.
