They never caught any squirrels and pulled the traps when I went back the Florida. They left tape all over my home they used to try and find where the squirrels were getting access. The main guy Jason got back to me after many weeks and several calls, emails, texts. Told me he would be in touch soon. Two months later, nothing. Be very careful because if you pay them before you are 100 percent sure they solved your issue, you will not get them to come back and finish. And the warranty is a joke since you can't get them to finish the original job they were paid to do.
