I contacted Revived Mobile Detailing and they were able to schedule an appointment for us. Just the logistics of taking four vehicles to a car wash, or other facility, is quite challenging. They didn't have a tire in stock that fit my car so they ordered a tire for me to be delivered that same day. I was on vacation with my family and needed to be back to spend time with them. The problem was that I wouldn't be back until after they closed. So they allowed me to prepay and come after hours and get my key from a hidden spot. When I came to pick up my car I found the invoice and they had written a not on it. Apparently they had made a mistake and ordered the wrong size tire for my car. But in the shipment there was a higher quality and more expensive tire that would also fit. They had put that on my car at no extra charge. I am so grateful for these guys and highly recommend them.

Have been taking my vehicles to BR Oil Change for 2+ years, but won't be going back. They have made…read moreseveral errors, one costing me $800 to fix. First incident was summer of '23. While traveling on a road trip we needed an oil change in KY. It took them 20 minutes to get the oil filter off, they said it was over-torqued. Next up, took the SUV in and during the oil change, they over-filled the engine and it poured out all over the engine compartment. They apologised and wiped up around the engine. But on the next scheduled change they said the engine pan, front and rear seals were leaking, and sold me a quart of stop-leak. But then later I thought it could just be oil that didn't get wiped up from when they spilled it the time before. Anyway, checked the SUV oil consumption, sure enough it was leaking or burning off 1 quart every 200 miles. Took it in to my mechanic and they found the leak at the valve covers. My mechanic is very good, he says it's possible the overfill caused the leak due to high pressure if overfilled. Took my repair bill back to BROC and they said they never would have let my SUV out of the shop over-filled and denied me any compensation, not even a free change. So, "nothing they can do"! 'Bye bye, Blue Ridge Oil Change'!

Not even complaining , just wanted to let them know in case the machine needed checked out so another customers vehicle or tag would not get damaged. What was weird they did not take photos of the tag, they took a few photos of my brother washing his truck. A couple weeks later he was informed he was banned from Joe's car wash. When my brother ask why the manager became verbally aggressive, wouldn't tell why my brother was banned. The manager call the cops on my brother. The cops were totally confused on why they were even called out. The only thing my brother wanted to know is why. Beware of this car wash manager, he's nuts and possibly ban anyone for asking a simple question. The world is getting pretty messed up when you can't ask a question, get banned and cops called on you..
