After reading the Yelp reviews, I was so excited to finally have my first housecleaning service. I'll start with the pros: they got the job done considering my kid's bathroom was in bad shape. My master bathroom looked so much better! They got most of the mold and mildew out for all baths. So I'm satisfied. Luz also scheduled me right away the next day after I called and I needed service ASAP. It was a good start. Cons: The appointment was for 2pm and they showed up at 11-1130am. Luckily my husband was home but I missed it all. But that was ok since someone was home. The bigger issue is for the price of $90hr - I expected detailed very detailed cleaning. Dirty corners were missed, the front of the tub not thoroughly cleaned, and light switches not as disinfected like I expected. I re-cleaned anything I found missed. Their cleaning towels were left on top of my bathroom towels on the towel bars that we use. I've heard people say there's a new shine and almost brand new look when they get services from others. I didn't get that overall. Just here and there. Luz text me to ask if price was good. I was honest and shared above feedback. I never heard back. read more

Update to my initial 4 star review: Luz's customer service and level of professionalism are definitely worth the price. She has been great to work with since our initial move out cleanings, and will definitely be using her services in the future. I called Luz last minute to get two apartments cleaned as we were moving out and the cleaner I had initially booked flaked last minute (Vega Cleaners) without notifying me beforehand. I was extremely happy that she could fit in two cleanings that same day, and her crew came over right away and got straight to work. Both apartments looked great. They cleaned the oven, baseboards, windows, everything. Think the apartments looked better than when we moved in. Thanks for the quick service and great cleaning. Luckily the ladies were able to continue house visits once we bought a home in Woodland Hills, I don't know what I'd do without them! We used them for a while and in the beginning they did a great job, cleaning everything. After few months I noticed they were spending less and less time in the home clWhat took them 2.5 hrs in the beginning took them less than an hour by the time we stopped their services. I noticed some mold in the shower and watched it grow for 2 months to see if they would clean it! They never did until I pointed it out to them! When I asked to clean the window blinds they said they don't do that anymore even though they regularly did in the beginning. They didn't tell me they no longer clean them and didn't adjust their price. I think they do a good job for a one time cleaning but for long term you need to keep an eye out for the ladies to make sure they're not just dusting things and rinsing. I have been using this cleaning service for years and would definetly recommend them. Sonia and her partner are amazing and my favorite team to have clean my house. She is very friendly and personable, so it feels like a good friend is coming to work for the day. They work hard and do a detailed job, they even carry all our garbage down our long driveway to the trash cans. They take feedback exceptionally well if I see an area that needs more attention and they remember to clean any additional areas I point out the following week as well. Some weeks I need more help then others and they never make a big deal out of having additional work. They are just very professional.
