I've used other carpet and upholstery cleaners that were all satisfactory, but this time I used Extreme Clean and I'll never go back to anyone else. These guys did a great job cleaning and refreshing our old furniture and rugs. I have used the services of several big name carpet cleaners, and recommend Extreme Steam very highly. The owner and his trainee were diligent and did far better than any of the prior companies. My off-white carpet had food and pet stains, not easily cleaned, but Brian and company knew how to treat each type of stain and got them out. Was it a perfect experience? Not quite...there is room for improvement but still they merit 5 stars. Not quite punctual, not yet solid in terms of front end office communications, but I found them to be very fair and highly competent in the art of getting stains out. That counts for a lot. Brian certainly knows his stuff and showed me that he takes this seriously. Move over, big name companies. Extreme Steam is getting my business from now on. read more

The booking process was easy - they asked a few key questions and we quickly found a date that worked for both of us! On the day of the cleaning, the team was punctual, friendly and very efficient. Four rugs were cleaned. One had many stains and all were removed. One became white again (it looked gray for a bit). By far the best carpet service I've ever encountered. Brian has saved many a carpet from being replaced, saving thousands of dollars for my clients. But, they also do tile restoration and flood damage control so don't forget them in an emergency. See below for more. I'm adding a follow up to my recent review as Brian just saved my house! We were away when a neighbor called and said water was pouring out of the back of the house. I called Brian who rushed over with his flood gear and by the time we returned that night from the airport, he had moved all the furniture from the affected area, taken our Persian rug which must have weighed a ton being soaking wet to the outdoors to dry with blowers he brought, sucked up all the standing water with his machines in our bedroom and bath and set 4 additional blowers to work drying out our 100 year old plank flooring. A cap on a pipe had blown off and had Brian not acted so quickly, our home would have been ruined. Thank you Brian. I see from looking on Yelp that Extreme Steam Carpet Clean has only one review and I'm astounded. It's a GREAT service, and Brian Cain and his crew were fast, very thorough and highly efficient. Initially they were suggested by a property management company to clean my carpets, but they also gave me an example of how they could clean my tile (throughout the house) and the grout. 14 years of buildup...and the results were amazingly good...for BOTH the carpet and the tile. Great work. I didn't hear them at the door (it's new house to me, and yet another something broken is the doorbell.) I called and they were able to swing back over as they went on to do the second job early. I was so glad as the dogs in the house have been miserable with dust mites and fleas. The landlady was washing everything with simple green and it was a gooey sticky gross mess on the walls and the carpet. The team worked very efficiently but very thoroughly, and smiled!
