This guy is truly awesome. I called to make an appointment and request a quote for my living room, dining room, and hall. The price I was quoted seemed a little on the high side compared with what I have paid in the past; however, it turned out that it was well worth it. Our carpets were pretty filthy and had many set in stains that past professional cleaners could not remove. One of the stains was from our dog spilling a Starbuck's peppermint hot chocolate in the middle of a high traffic area. The stain had set and remained for over a year old even after it had been cleaned twice by two different Chem dry companies. Jim was able to remove the stain, as well as various pet induced stains. Our carpets almost look like new, and I couldn't be more satisfied. One last item, Jim was very flexible in fitting me in and working around my schedule and was very friendly. At 8:45am he still hadn't shown up so I called only to get his answering machine and left a message telling him I was waiting and wanted a call back asap. He didn't call back. I found Jim Graham to be a very honest, hard working person. He was punctual and worked diligently. While others wanted to charge me extra for pet treatment, Jim treated the entire house with a special pet solution at no extra charge...I appreciated his help with this alot as we had a tenant with two cats who was not very responsible with them. I called Graham Carpet Cleaning because of its reputation. I am so glad I did. Jim Graham got my carpets so clean they look new. I was especially worried about the ivory carpet in my office.
