We were told they will stop accepting cars at 5pm, I arrived at 3:45pm. We were both turned away at 4:24pm due to the inspector needing to go home. The issue is they did not tell everyone this. They only told the last six or so cars this. They were still accepting the first 4 cars in line. Seeing this makes me feel as if they accepted too many cars and didn't want to stay late to finish the job. I am highly disappointed in this service and will not return.

Today is the last day I am spending my money here. I pulled up to make a selection, no one was at the payment part and this guy randomly tells me to pull in to pay. Then he says, he would be right back. I was sitting there for about a solid 4 mins and 13 seconds before he came back outside to take my car wash selection and charge my card. Obviously the automatic/drive in car wash has the same standard of quality, which is so so. If you're looking to get a quick wash, this is the place to go. Personally, I prevent quality if I am going to be paying the prices for a liquid wax and hand drying. So I roll through the wash, blasting some Benny Benassi, feeling real good. It finishes up and one of their workers directs me to pull into a specific area for the hand drying and liquid coating for shiner on my wheels and plastic pieces where the sun has faded. THIS GUY...THIS GUY thinks I'm not paying attention, he dried my car with the damp towel, leaving those small water stains AND THEN, when I uses the liquid coating for the mirror, and bumper, HE ONLY DID ONE SIDE. My truck looked like a half baked piece of toast. It was insane. He used the tire shiner on three of my tires, yes you read it right, 3 tires. Driver side both, passenger side rear not front wheel because my mirror didn't expose him doing his job. I am not sure if it's a hired workforce issue by the owners, but he did not speak English and was speaking an African dialect to his peers. Totality: I will absolutely not be going here ever again. I have recommended to my off-roading and car clubs to avoid this car wash and get their twitter fingers moving about the horrid quality of this place. When I drive past this place, I shake my head in disappointment like my father did to me when I told him I wanted to be a cowboy instead of a doctor.
