It truly did take about 15-20 mins only and we sat in an air conditioned room which was nice considering it was 89 outside and humid. They were transparent about the charges before paying. I even asked about a coupon and they had one for me that qualified. Overall, not to sure about other services but at least I'd come back for an oil change again.

My last visit I got full synthetic oil, and the employee told me that I would be able to get 5000 miles, which was on the window sticker. This time I also got full synthetic and there was no mention of miles, and the sticker says come back in 3000 miles. This just seems not right. Firestone is my go-to tire place and so I ordered two replacement tires. When the lead technician, JR, went to install these new tires he also measured my existing tires, discovering that they were in very good shape and would pass inspection. And then he did the right thing: He called me to make sure I wanted tires that I didn't necessarily need. I had my car re-inspected at Firestone, passed with the existing tires, and it's the best $20 I've ever spent. Now Firestone will be my go-to for other services as well.

I was able to book a 1pm appointment online, received a confirmation call within 10mins and was able to drop my car off at 10am to await service. My wife and I were hopeful to get the car back before the store closed. Initially, I had a slow leak patched for free on promotion, and I paid nothing that day. As the tires were old on the car, I figured I would get a quote from them as well. I shopped around, and their warranty and price was definitely the best I saw. It did take a while to get the new tires on, but nothing awful. When putting on the tires, Victor noticed that the seals on my front struts had worn, and that the hydraulic fluid leaked all over the chassis and brakes. He very clearly and professionally explained the issue to me, while the car was lifted, and showed me where the leaks were as well. He also pointed out a leak on the radiator. They certainly didn't coerce me to do the repairs there: They told me to go to the shop where I had the radiator done, as it was under warranty, and to a dealer for the struts. They did provide a quote for the brakes in case I wanted to do them there. Basically, they did the opposite of these reviews: They gave me clear information presented in a professional way and worked with me to find the best solution for myself (and my wallet). Overall, I was pleased with their service and communication, especially with those two staff members.
