He was very friendly and very flexible! He met me at my job which was very convenient for me! (He's strictly mobile, and doesn't have a shop at this time) Upon his arrival he explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He typed up everything on his ipad which sent my invoice to a printer in his truck as well as receiving an email. He had a card reader that made it very convenient to pay with my credit card. It took him about 30 minutes to complete the job. My windshield looks fantastic! He's been doing this for 20+ years and that's very evident in his work! As this car is a work vehicle I considered a replacement a better option. They scheduled for someone to come to my house on a Saturday to replace the window, and because I set up my initial appointment online they had all my information which made it easy to schedule another appointment at my home. 2 Saturdays later, 2 guys in 2 vans showed up and replaced the window. They were very professional and answered all my questions. They called in the morning to let me know they would be there later that afternoon, and again when they were about 15 minutes away. I would use them again, everyone I encountered was friendly, professional and very good at explaining the process along the way.

The gentleman that did the repair was very thorough on explaining what he was going to do and the risk involved - I guess sometime the crack will spread. Wasted time and poor communication…read more I had a Saturday appointment scheduled by phone and waited an hour and a half before being told they ordered the wrong replacement because they didn't get the VIN. I was rescheduled for Monday at 8am, only to wait again and be told the part still hadn't arrived. I've now driven across town twice for nothing. The plastic they put over my trunk flew off within minutes, and it rained this weekend so now my trunk is wet too. No urgency, no apology, and no concern for the inconvenience. Extremely frustrating experience.
