My only comment would be perhaps give your clients/patients a tray to look so if they are going back to dr to look at eyes dilated they do not feel rushed. I could have taken about 30 more minutes to look and feel way more comfortable and not feel rushed but it's all been handled. Or next time I may just pull the person I work with aside and say hey let me take my time and help another person I'll wait and let you know when I'm ready as I have some disabilities (no need to share). I can say my whole family has been seen and gotten glasses from there now. Thanks for making things right and being helpful in solving issues! We will be back.

When I got home, I pulled the previous 2 exams and the prescription looked wildly off so I scanned the three prescriptions and emailed them, asking to have the doctor review them since I did not want to order lenses that may not be correct. A week went by and no reply.... The previous prescription the doctor wrote but the staff couldn't give it to me when I was leaving because the doctor had left for the day - the prescription has an electronic signature so I don't get that at all! I just don't get the incompetence of this office and their staff. This is the second bad experience but there won't be a third.

Yesterday when I picked up my 2 pair they were laid on the table and I was told to try them on. I expressed that my right eye had a vision issue as if it was a smudge on the lense. When I brought it up, I was told thats how progressives are, mind you I have been wearing progressives for around 3yrs. They dont fit comfortably on my ears either but she just brushed me off and told me to give it 5 to 7 days. Your vision should improve, not get worse when you pick up a new pair amd be expected to wear glasses that are blurry. $450 later to need my previous glasses to see clearly.

I was…read moretraveling from Klamath Falls, Oregon to see my son, his wife, and my 5 month old adorable granddaughter when I lost one of my contacts in the bathroom sink at the outlet mall. I called my local eye center, who emailed me my prescription so I could have it on my cell phone. I went to the Woodburn WalMart Vision Center and explained my situation. They graciously, without batting an eye, gave me a trial contact to replace the one I had lost. I laughingly told them not only did I thank them, but everyone who would be on the road with me thanked them as well. Woodburn again showed its wonderful hospitality and kindness to strangers! Thank you WalMart Vision Center staff!!!
