I honestly feel this was the most thorough and precise eye exam I have ever had. I also came away with a much better understanding of my eyes and the issues affecting my vision. My new prescription is absolutely perfect--the best eyeglass prescription I have ever had! One issue with the original frames I selected. They weren't quite large enough to accommodate my prescription properly, which made it difficult for me to read through the bottom portion of the lenses. I returned and selected a larger pair of frames, and that immediately solved the problem. I believe it took only about a week to receive the replacement glasses. The previous prescription the doctor wrote but the staff couldn't give it to me when I was leaving because the doctor had left for the day - the prescription has an electronic signature so I don't get that at all! I just don't get the incompetence of this office and their staff. This is the second bad experience but there won't be a third.

I have been to Central Vision Clinic several times. They always do a very thorough examination…read moreand, because my family has a history of glaucoma, they are particularly attentive to that. Also, I needed two prescriptions, one for when I was reading something I was holding, and one when I was using computers at work that have the screens placed unusually far from the seat, and they calculated the different prescriptions I would need for each. I also bought my glasses there, and they were super helpful and they handled all the insurance paperwork to get the glasses to me at no out of pocket cost. I highly recommend them!

My only comment would be perhaps give your clients/patients a tray to look so if they are going back to dr to look at eyes dilated they do not feel rushed. I could have taken about 30 more minutes to look and feel way more comfortable and not feel rushed but it's all been handled. Or next time I may just pull the person I work with aside and say hey let me take my time and help another person I'll wait and let you know when I'm ready as I have some disabilities (no need to share). I can say my whole family has been seen and gotten glasses from there now. Thanks for making things right and being helpful in solving issues! We will be back.
