Since I work, I thought that to be a convenient option. Last Saturday I drove a half hour over there to find a closed sign on the door. Just awful customer service too. The ladies doing the administrative duties act as though they've not seen a computer since the floppy disc era. I will not be going back. They lost my business and that of my family.

The focus is off, and when I'm driving, I literally have to move my head all the way down just to see properly. It's extremely frustrating and honestly shouldn't be happening with a new pair of glasses. The price with insurance was good, but unfortunately, the service and results have not been what I expected. I would seriously recommend thinking twice before going here, especially if you need anything more complicated than basic lenses. Maybe they do a better job with simple glasses, but my experience with progressive/Transitions lenses has been very disappointing.
