I am updating my review for Eyebrow Plus at their new location. I am still very happy with their service. I get my eyebrows and upper lips threaded every 2 weeks. I have a prepaid membership and it's absolutely worth it. Their new shop has plenty of daylight, and has a more salon-like feel. It is close by car to the shopping mall where they were before. There is plenty of parking, either in the lot or on the street nearby. I definitely recommend it. Thank you to Indu and all the staff for taking care of me. read more

Been coming here to get my eyebrows threaded for a while now and I enjoy their service. They are quick and always clean my eyebrows to its natural shape. They are no longer in Stonestown, they recently moved to a new location in Parkmerced Shopping Center which is very close to Stonestown. They have a parking lot as well. read more

FYI: THEY ARE NOT CLOSED. They reopened just down 19th Ave at 33 Cambon (Parkmerced Shopping Center). Easy access to 19th Ave and has a parking lot. Needed a place to get my brows done because I procrastinated and the place I normally go to was booked out. I walk in, and there's two workers at their stations handling clients. I sign my name on the clipboard, along with what I was visiting for, and wait for a chair to open up. The worker that finished first rang up their client and had me go to their station. Chair wasn't sanitized beforehand. I wasn't asked what service I was doing, nor was the clipboard looked at. (The clipboard was like 8 ft away.) I wasn't asked if I'm only doing a cleanup, etc. She was just ready to go at my brows. I mentioned that I wanted to do brow and lip, and hoped she wouldn't change the shape of my brows. Glad to say that the thickness of my brow wasn't compromised, nor was the shape. I'm satisfied with the arch she restored! While being rung up, she tried to get me to join their membership. I wasn't interested, since I still intend on seeing my normal person. She tried to push me again, which I again refused. She didn't seem too pleased about that, but it is what it is! read more

Highly disappointed with the new location and staff. No one bothered to texted a member client who had paid for unlimited services $170 while they closed down their Stonestown location in the middle of my membership. When I got a text for the new location 3 months later they failed to reimburse any of of the benefits which they keep pushing you to sign up for. Absolutely love this place. I've been going to Eyebrow plus since they were a little kiosk in the middle of Stonestown. They recently moved to their new location (33 Camdon Dr), which is much nicer imo - better lightning, bigger space, more services. I'm super lazy and don't go as often as i should, but they always take the time and effort to get as much air as possible (and it takes a longggggg time). Definitely purchase during black friday because their deals are amazing during this time. They also send me deals through text and emails once in awhile but i still think the black friday deals are the best and the ladies always help me figure out the best deals! Literally walked away without almost half of my right eyebrow. No intention to make it up at all and I was charged a full price of $20 for a 3 minutes terrible work. I have been a loyal threader at this location and have a membership with them. To give credit where credit is due, I think the ladies here do a great job. But, during the pandemic, I've had zero success inquiring/cancelling my membership. I've been charged twice (June & September) for services even though they've been closed until recently -- never once receiving a reply or call back to address my inquiries/request. I've decided I can't do business with a company that doesn't reply to emails and/or reach out to customers to explain what's going on. I'll take my business elsewhere and think twice about any type of membership given current situation. read more

It has been several occasions already where I leave pretty unsatisfied ( was giving them chances to get better) First time the lady did not remove all the unwanted hair around my eye-browns ( even though I made that observation) Second time, same thing happened on my lip area. Third time (different girl, Tuesday Feb 18th) I told her exactly how I wanted my eyebrows and she messed up my left side. She went and removed more hair on the left side and made my eye-browns very skinny even though I said I wanted them thicker. It was a complete disaster So no matter what you say to them, they do the complete opposite. They look pretty unhappy with their job, and the customer service they need to provide with. I've come to this place a couple times and there's usually a small wait. There's usually only 1-2 people working. I haven't been here in over a year but I still recognized the ladies. There's one that takes her time and the other one, who did my brows, finished before the other one... She shaped my brows fine but she did it so quick. Also they always ask if you want to be a member and keep coming back. I had to say no almost three times before she gave up on asking. She also stared at me so intently when I was signing and debating on giving tip. Made me feel so pressured to leave a tip... I do come back because it's close to me and I haven't really found other eyebrow places that I can go back to. read more

I'm usually not as picky when getting my eyebrows done but never in the last 7 years of getting them done have I seen such a big mess up. I asked for a clean up but she not only took off 1/2 of my natural brows but also changed the shape of my eyebrows. Love coming here for my brows to see Reeta is my brow lady and I always trust her to be my brows.

The thread they use is a little harsh on sensitive skin and they can be a little rough. The shape was good but still more painful than needed. They don't sanitize the seats after every guests. read more

I usually appreciate the service here, but sometimes the wait is a little longer than should be expected (especially when there is only one worker). Most of the time I do get those who take their time and are pretty meticulous about their work - and if not, they are not opposed if I ask them to revisit a spot. Tonight I came in a full 25 minutes before closing, and was snubbed with a "I'm closing because she (the client waiting before me) is doing her full face." I was offered no apology after I - also a paying customer - had made my way into the store well before closing. I would have been willing to wait for the client ahead of me to finish her service and then had mine done (which would have been quick since it was only eyebrow and lip), but the worker never even asked if I wanted to stay or what service I was even in for. Customer service is certainly not the best, but I guess it doesn't matter when you're the only one offering the service in this area. read more

Now I don't understand why there are so little stars for Eyebrow Plus. I absolutely love the way they shape my eyebrows and the threading is painless. They no longer have a kiosk as they now have their own location within Stonestown so it definitely beats having someone stare me down while I'm getting my eyebrows done. At first I was a bit hesitant to pay $15 for threading because I usually get them waxed for about $8, but I wanted to give threading a try since I've never had mine done that way before. Suprisingly enough they offered a membership card and it's only $40 for unlimited eyebrow threading for three months. Yes, it's only for that location and I can only get them done M-Thursday, but it's conveniently located near SFState so it's just a walk away - not so bad. read more

I usually go to Ziba in Serramonte but since I was shopping around Stonestown I decided to try it out. Boy I was wrong! I agree with the previous review. The lady who did my eyebrows (did not ask for her name), her breath and her hands/fingers smell like food! I mean everyone's culture is different but since you have skin to skin contact plus you are a female, get a habit of at least washing your hands and brushing your teeth after lunch or something, man it was 80+ degrees outside and this lady also has a hot a$$ breath. :( $15 for painful eyebrow threading, exposure to contaminants, they're lucky to get a one star. read more
