I am SO happy I found this nail salon in the Colorado Mills area. I recently moved from the Union area of Lakewood to Oak & Colfax, and I was struggling to find a good nearby salon that I could either walk to or at least drive to in a reasonable distance. The first time I walked into the salon, they were extremely busy and maybe a bit short-handed, but I noticed a few extra employees (possibly owners?) showed up after about 20 minutes of waiting. I assume they were called in to assist with the crowd. One of them took me as quickly as he sat down and gave me one of the most beautiful sets of acrylics I've had in a long time. No pain - A freaking miracle compared to the acrylics I've been getting over the past year. He was quick but very careful and efficient. We had a great conversation about traveling. Then I had an equally amazing pedicure by another man, who offered a long and thorough foot and leg massage. I always leave the salon paying right around or under $100, for both my acrylics and pedicure, including 20% tip. I will not go anywhere else unless I end up moving again, too far away. The salon is also conveniently located next to coffee and food, so it's nice to get there early and get some grub before indulging in a little pampering. read more

Made an impromptu stop here while visiting for a manicure. The staff seemed nice but I walked away really disappointed by the quality of my nails. The polish was uneven, messed up, and my nails were clipped crooked. It was also eerily quiet in there. No music or background noise. I decided to give this salon another try after my first experience wasn't the greatest. One employee just constantly was criticizing the lady doing my nails. She even excused that employee and took over my manicure herself. I was stunned. So I decided I would try again. Got there at 9am because their website said open. I get to the door and it says 9:30. So I waited the 30 minutes believing once open I wouldn't wait much longer. Wrong! A gal opened the door and I go in and she is no where to be found. I sat another 15 minutes without the employee even turning on the lights or greeting me. Another employee comes in and said what do you need? I told her the story and she called out the employee who was rude and didn't care. Clearly because she never came to greet me or apologize. I told the employee your website needs updating and she said well that's not in my control. But telling the owner is in your control. No nail tech is worth this headache. This morning the two employees who showed up were so unprofessional and bickering. No thanks! read more

I only give this a one star because of terrible time management!!! I have been going to May for over 10+ years. May is one of the best technicians I have ever been to, but she does not know how to manage her time! With an appointment, I have often had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for my pedi appointment. She has you soak, so when she is late, it's harder to leave...you keep thinking that it will be any minute...and minutes turn into an hour. She has also CANCELED on me on the same day SEVERAL times because she has packed her schedule too tight - someone else's time is no move valuable than mine! It's so disrespectful!!! She is so good at what she does, that I continued to give her chance after chance...but she continues to screw me over...I just don't have hours to waste like she apparently thinks I do. I am done...I am finally for real fed up! I will find another nail tech to do my nails. Do better, May! read more

Highly DO recommend! I'm a regular here and every time I go, I feel well taken care of. All of the staff here are kind and polite, despite what some of the other reviews may say. They will even come in early or stay late to make sure that you get the results that you want. Both Dana and Mei are AMAZING! Been here several times and it's hit or miss. But this last time I got a pedicure the girl literally rubbed my legs for 1 min!

Welp... there was a reason I stopped coming here and today drives it home..... Call to check availability for a pedicure they said come in 20 minutes. 3 minutes later another lady called me back said to come at 3pm they were behind. Fast forward to 3pm. I show up for my appointment. Asked to wash my hands, pick a color and they sit me in the oldest barely working pedicure chair they have. Soak my feet for an hour..... Yes an hour... shown the more expensive pedicure options... Prices are written in pencil and look quite unprofessional and now I'm being rushed thru... oh wait where did my lady go?!?!? She disappeared for 5 minuntes for waxing of another customer..... she almost forgot to scrub my feet before painting my nails... UGH! Here's my promise.... I.... WILL... NEVER.... EVER.... BE..... Not sure why I bothered to make a reservation! I waited for over an hour in this busy salon with a reservation and they took two walk ins ahead of me. Cleanliness is questionable IMO. They put plastic in with the pedicure bowl but they didn't obviously disinfect whatever they screwed in to circulate the water (maybe they did - I didn't see it). My niece stopped going here because the polish didn't stay on very long. She recommends Sunshine nails nearby. So, unless you have a half day to get your nails done, DO NOT GO HERE! read more

It was my first time going here recently. I got a fullset and simple polish for $31 (not including rip). I went on a Saturday and it was super busy! That's to be expected though. One thing that drove me nuts is that the entrance was SOOOOO crowded and there's only 3 waiting chairs. I can't say I'm 100% thrilled with how my nails turned out though, they're certainly not bad but it was nothing special. My usual nail place in Littleton typically trims my hangnails and moisturizes my cuticles even though I'm not getting a "manicure". This place just did the nails, nothing more, nothing less. Which isn't that big of a deal but my cuticles look terrible. They had me pay midway through getting my nails done, which was unusual to me. The nail tech left me in front of a fan to dry my nails then never checked up on me so finally I just left. I shouldn't of left though because i ended up denting my nails like crazy. They have a really good color selection when it comes to polish, so that's a plus! I'll definitely return to get a pedicure and rebase and probably update my review then. read more

Went in and was set up fairly quickly. The water was cold in my pedicure. I picked a color and the guy told me it was a "few extra dollars" for gel but it was $18.00 extra for gel. When the guy did my polish he shoved his light on my toe and smashed the polish so it has a large ding in it. He saw it too because he looked at it and touched it. He said it was fine and just moved on. Also, while he was doing my pedicure, he was helping do another persons pedicure and not wearing gloves nor did he wash his hands in between. I'm very upset because before tip this pedicure costed me $75 and it's terrible. My nails look like crap and the massage I received was him rubbing oil on my legs then wiping it off. No massage. Bought wife a $100 certificate for hands and feet nails to get done, when she got done the ladies pushed for things my wife thought was part of the certificate. $200 total for just nails and feet is terrible. I have never been treated this badly at a spa (or anywhere). I walked in for full leg wax. The lady just finished half legs and asked me to come back tomorrow because she's running short of wax. I said I won't be able to come tomorrow and asked her to charge me for half legs. She coerced me to pay for full legs and to come back after an hour (said she'd call me). I get no phone call for the next two hours. I walk in again and the woman outright ignores me. I wait another 20-25 minutes and she comes to me as if nothing has happened. While she waxed, she also complained about how much wax is being used (I have long legs). I would never recommend this place to anyone. How can a person stoop so low? I don't understand. read more
