She took a few pictures of my eye and then said we have no rooms available and I was asked to sit back in the waiting room area. I was eventually called back again and now I am waiting again for the optometrist. I guess my time is not valuable to this office anymore. You would think someone would say the optometrist is running late. Or, make the late person wait since they were not respectful to be here on time. None of this occurred. My optometrist was Dr. Chad Carter. He took his time with me and was careful and thorough during the examination. He recommended and used lenses to demonstrate how the changes would impact my vision quality. While waiting to see Dr. Carter, I decided to review their extensive selection of frames. Mandy Roger-Gay, a Lead Optician, introduced herself and assisted me in finding frame options. My choices were made with her assistance before the exam (I knew I would need new frames as mine had broken). I have worn prescription eyewear for almost 60 years, since second grade. I have never had a more thorough and informative eye exam than the one conducted by Dr. Carter. I have never enjoyed more assistance and courteous service than Mandy's.
