What I like about this place is that they accept insurance, but they also accept regular customers. They sell sunglasses, regular, prescription, bifocals, etc. The doctor is very friendly, as is the staff. The prices are very affordable. It's not crowded, so they provide quality care. And your glasses arrive within two weeks at the latest. The parking lot in the shopping center is large, so you won't have to struggle. Highly recommended. read more

I hate this place! I took my favorite pair of Oakley frames to get prescription lenses and somehow they conveniently "lost" them. I had those and toook great care of them for over 10 years! They were classic a discontinued. Im so upset. Im stuck with the ugliest pair of man glasses that dont even fit my face. To boot, they even charged my insurance for the frames! How do you like them apples? Oh and they blamed the lab. Of course, nothing i can do about it now. Dont trust them with anything you cherish. I HATE THIS INCOMPETENT PLACE. DO NOT USE. read more

I can't be more happier with Dr. Na and her staff. They are very professional and friendly. My second time ever taking my twin daughters to an optometrist for a full eye check up. I've got to say that I was very impressed with Dr. Na and her office staff as well as their advanced equipments. We were a bit early for our appointment but once I checked in, my daughters were quickly seen by the assistant for the preliminary tests, only a matter of seconds for Dr. Na to check in and complete the rest of the check up. I was impressed with the level of professionalism, attention and sincere talk that Dr. Na provided. This is a great place to bring your kids, they are kid friendly and very patient with kids which to me is a BIG plus.. Decided to stop by randomly as a walk in after I had lost my glasses. My eye exam was a breeze! The optometrist mentioned I had really healthy eyes but just had little signs of astigmatism. She was fast but explained everything to me. After the exam a male helped me choose my frames and helped me with understand my insurance plan & explained options I had. One thing I really appreciated was that he was not trying to over sell anything. He told me what he'd recommend and what he wouldn't based on what I was needing my glasses for. Overall, had a really good experience the first time that I decided to stop by with an appointment 3 weeks later for prescription sun glasses. This will now & probably forever be my new go to spot next time I lose my glasses again, which is usually about 3-6 months from now lol read more

Went in this morning when Dr. Sulkyung J. Na, O.D. was opening the doors. She quickly let me in and helped me find a pair of glasses. I had my eyes tested by a different Optometrist, but I wasn't happy with their inventory of glasses. Eyedeal Optometry in Santa Ana easliy had more than three times the inventory including some of the harder to find brands. While the selection of glasses was extensive and they carried the brands that I was interested in, I was more impressed by Dr. Na's level of customer service. Dr. Na was very patient as I tried several glasses. She looked up the pricing for two pairs that I had selected, and got on the phone with my carrier when she discovered there was an issue reviewing my benefits online. Dr. Na printed out my statement of benefits from my carrier and walked me through my options and coverages. Dr. Na also took the time to explain the reasoning behind recommendations she made, and pointed out options that I wouldn't really need. The bottom line is that I felt I could trust her when she made a recommendation. Dr. Na also checked to make sure that the prescription that had been established by the other Optometrist would work for me, and that I wouldn't experience dizziness or headaches. The office itself is really neat and clean, and has new flooring, and fresh paint. Everything about Dr. Na's office leaves me with the impression that she is very organized and detail oriented. Oh and by the way, Dr. Na speaks very good Spanish. A few customers came in while she was showing me glasses and she helped them out while conversing in Spanish. The fact that she would make the effort to learn Spanish shows a level of commitment to her clientele that is hard to find. read more

They were basic questions and would answer them with a few words I was very disappointed at the service so I did not purchase my glasses nor contacts here. Great customer service, and my lenses came out so good and was by far the best deals because Kaiser wanted 270$ just for the lenses, LensCrafters wanted 300+. Plus they wouldn't be ready for a week. Came here out of curiosity because it's right next to my work, and my lenses were $70!! With anti glare, all the extra add one. And they had them ready in 30 minutes. I've had my glasses for 4 months now and so far have no issues with them. Will be coming back for sure. read more
