Reputable company and will do business again. I'm from Fresno and I have a fairly expensive pair of Tag Heuer glasses that had a broken hinge off the right arm. Nobody was able to fix it in my area so I looked online and found Eyeglass Repair USA offering their services, albeit from a remote location in Yelm, WA. I was hesitant at first, but after doing some research on this company, I found they were reputable w/ great service and turnaround. The instructions are easy. I first texted their number with pictures of my glasses and they offered me a quote even directing me to which option to purchase on their website. I purchased and printed out the form. I was wary about sending sunglasses across the country to get repaired but it was definitely worth it. They are very responsive and even kept me up-to-date on the progress. One of the items I needed was a rose gold screw and even though they didn't have the exact color match, they mentioned that the replacement wouldn't be visible when I was wearing it. That was true, and the screw is so small it's barely visible regardless. They also replaced nose pads on another pair of glasses. Both repairs were excellent. You have the option of adding insurance for the return shipping. I will definitely use them in the future. read more

I live in Southern California and my prescription glasses I really liked which I purchased in Europe half a dozen years or so ago were broken at the temple hinge by the lens maker for my new prescription. Great service. I have some Marchon titanium frames that are hinge-less so there is a lot of stress on the place where they bend & finally they broke. I had contacted another service before sending them to Stefan, one that had good reviews, but I found them to be difficult to deal with, they didn't understand what I wanted, they told me they couldn't tell me how much it would cost until they looked at them, even though I had sent pictures. Amazing is all I can say. Laser welded my Maui Jim Flexon Ti alloy bridge back together and touched up the paint color. Only I can tell they were repaired. I had to find a way to fix my glasses after the baby broke them. I found several repair people online, all of them were much cheaper. I went with this company because they illustrated their equipment and process. My glasses were fixed and mailed back extremely quickly. The hinge was welded back together and seems to be holding up well. I will admit that the join is far from invisible and that they did nick my lens a little but it's in a place that doesn't interfere with my vision.
