So I had an appointment today at 5:15 and unfortunately, I was seven minutes late, but I had called to let them know. I had gotten off at the wrong offramp as soon as I got there as I said seven minutes late I was told that they were unable to see me and that there were other people in front of me very unprofessional the girl, Alexis couldn't even look me in the eye as she was hunched over her chair looking at a computer. Do not go to the doctors office. I had benefits through my employer and got some contacts that I can't even see out of. It's a shame that you go spend your money to be able to see and can't even read my Bible in Church. This office told me to bring them in I drive all the way over there and then they say there's nothing they can do. This really sucks!!! The lady at the counter said well. You already opened the package well, how would I know that I couldn't see out of the contacts if I didn't put them on come on now! This is ridiculous. Walked in and looked around for a while at glasses. Someone asked me if they could help and they were so polite. When me and my family were ready they sat us down immediately!! It was lexie; it was the best worker i've ever met, she allowed us to talk to her about our concerns also about the glasses, and she was kind, considerate, thoughtful, funny, and gentle with our glasses and my family. Gave us a big smile and informed us on everything we needed to know, and helped us understand the payments we were purchasing. Saturday was the first time I've ever stepped foot into an Eyeglass World and I am so glad I did. I recently had an eye exam and needed to purchase some glasses. Immediately walking in I was greeted by a couple staff members. I was referred to Manuel aka Manny for assistance. I gave him my prescription, insurance card & ID and while he was looking up my insurance coverage I was able to browse the hundreds or what seemed to be hundreds of frames available. Being able to try the frames on was exceptional, however very understandable the designer frames would need a staff member assistance to try on. I absolutely loved the vast selection and affordability on frames. Manny was so patient with me selecting a frame that I really liked and explained what my insurance would cover and what would be my out of pocket expense. I also appreciated that he went over the different lense types and finishes and the cost difference. We also had a great conversation about the up coming technology happening in the optometry world as well as non optometry gadget finds. His personality and ability to converse about anything really helped the whole process of my eyeglass order/purchase. He even compared prices for me without me asking and I was able to get the enhanced lense for the same price as the basic lense and that was a great find. Glasses will be ready in 7-10 days and I cannot wait for my new specs. If you are in need of new specs and want top notch service, I highly recommend EyeGlass World and ask for Manny. read more

I visited this store on 07/19/2025 as a 1st time Customer. I was greeted by Alexie, very attentive and professional, she directed to me where I had to go for my optometry appt. Lexus helped me with eye pre-exam and was very friendly and warm...she's a gem! Dr Elizabeth was pleasantly thorough and thoughtful, provided some good insight and direction. Just beware of the eye exam office inside of this location, they aren't affiliated with Eyeglass World and frankly they aren't professional. I wasted money getting an eye exam for contacts there which the doctor never even wrote me a prescription for. Now a few months after finally receiving a voicemail it's "too late" & the only thing I can do is pay $150 for another exam & fitting for contact lenses, no exceptions. The customer service was just hostile even over the phone. Don't go here unless you have to, & definitely avoid that scam eye exam office. I thought the Dr was friendly and did a nice job, the 2 ladies in the eye exam area weren't as friendly as the staff in the eye glass section. My husband bought a pair of sunglasses from there and added a yellow tint to help with his driving! The customer service at this location is AMAZING ! Best of all they were able to get her the glasses within a few hours. Be aware this is only for long- or short-distance glasses, not for progressive lenses. The exam was fine but they failed to inform me that a follow up contact visit is required to get your prescription. I've never encountered that before and would not have scheduled the original appointment had I known. Now I have no time to come in for a follow up, they won't take me the only time I do have available because they're at lunch around that time, and I can't get my lenses. Perhaps make sure you inform clients before they book a contact lens exam that they will need multiple appointments or you'll hold their prescription hostage. read more

I am happy to report that the management team at eyeglass world has made it right for me. As it turns out, the original prescription did not include the fact that I need progressive lenses. I have been coming here since I was 14 years old. Going on twenty years now, and this place has completely gone downhill. Horrible customer service, they will literally shout at you from across the room. They misplace your glasses because people apparently don't know how to file appropriately and then they call you rude. They will talk amongst each other about you and say how rude you are for pointing out how rude and unprofessional they are. What in the world is going on? Do your job and the hell up. I went here as I was in the search for cute well priced glasses. I found some purple glasses as well as bought a pair of sunglasses. The price was affordable for me as I dont have insurance. Not to mention they were quick as my glasses were ready a few hours later. The customer service here was amazing. I was helped by Diane as well as came back a week later with my boyfriend and was helped by Lovejeet who was also very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place. Will be back. However I dont recommend the optometrist office Red Rock Eyecare inside. Horrible service and rude. Please do not go there for your prescription. read more

Most places give you the eye exam for free so they can sell you some glasses. Not these guys, $85 right off the top. 2 pairs for $78? Sure, if you're a little girl and want cute pink frames. I looked at the 2 for $98 frames, nothing I wanted. The same went for the 2 for $129. I finally found some frames I liked in the 2 for $159 rack. I picked out two different frames, wanting a clear and a sunglass in each style for a total of 4 pairs. You want those chop resistant? Well yeah! That's extra. You want anti-glare? That's extra too! You want this, you want that? By the time she was done my head was swimming, and I was so confused, I hardly knew what I wanted. Then she informed me that that they only had one set of each frame in stock, and that they'd have to be ordered. Now why would someone go to a same day place, and settle for things to be delivered at a later date? Not me. So I settled for dark lenses in one frame and clear in the other. The bill came to over $400 bucks! I asked the woman, WTH is this, it's supposed to be 2 for $159??? Oh she says, those are actually $159 each, someone must have put them back in the wrong rack! Who would that be, other than an employee who because of covid is cleaning and putting each pair back after they're handled? She told me the good news was that they came with a one year replacement guarantee. Saw that on the bill after the fact. $25 bucks! Watch these people closely, they've got the bait and switch down to a science! I normally get my glasses in Mexico, but because of covid, I went here. Never again, thanks! read more

We was there for more than 2 hours and waited on and off for most of that 2 hours. They was all unorganized, we had to explain our entire story of why we was there multiple times even after talking to a person on the phone multiple times before we got there. I would have thought they'd make a note of it or sign us up for an appointment or something but they was not be prepared for us. It wasn't in and out like that. We ended up signing and waiting. They even skipped us a few times and helped people who signed up after us. No acknowledgment or customer service, or explanation to why it was taking sooo long. I even had time to walk around to neighboring establishments. Glasses were poorly made quality that broke in a couple days of use and they didn't offer a discount to repair or replace. Really need to find a good eyeglass place. Only plus they have is reasonable prices and good selection of frames. But a guess you get what you pay for. read more

The best thing about this place is that they can get your glasses done the same day. I had gone a few days without glasses because mine were broken so I looked up places that could do it the same day. Customer service wasnt terrible. They're having a special where you pick two frames and get them for $78 as long as they're priced $78 on their shelves. The lady did try to tall me into getting some more expensive sunglasses and "advised" me to get all these upgrades. There was some trouble with telling me i can get a specific kind of lens but they didnt have them so they upgraded me for free. I ended up paying $235 for two pairs and I was able to pick them up a few hours later. read more

This review is for the amazingly brilliant Optician Lovejeet, but when you give someone a title it limits them and she is so much more. This is my first time needing spectacles for ailing eyesight but being a self-proclaimed SunGlassSnob, I already had several pairs of nice frames which I had taken to LensCrafters in the mall by my house the guy made it all so mysterious, putting lenses with my prescription in them possibly couldn't be done, I was being sold in buying new frames which were the same flagship brand they sold. I have made it a hard fast rule if something's going to cost me more than 300.00 dollars, I get three opinions or estimates, and wait thee days. So when I went into eyeglass world for BoGFree or two pairs for the price of one, I was just hoping the person didn't talk down to me because glasses are mysterious it's not the newest offices, locations & facilities but it didn't matter to me because I had gone two three stores costco nothing fit my style, one pair at the huge optical brand stores in the mall was going to cost three times more and then I found Lovejeet, she made it alright she took care of everything what a great place they are lucky to have her and I will go back when I need more glasses because of Lovejeet, she treated me like a true professional. read more

I had one good experience with two eyeglass purchases when I first moved here, but then I decided to try target because they had an expensive frame that I liked. As much as I LOVE tar-jay, I will NOT buy eyeglasses there AGAIN. I did not hear from them for one month, and then when I went there they had a backlog of five boxes of glasses. I went back in here for sunglasses, and I found an AWESOME pair of Versace closeouts which I got for a really good price. In addition, I received excellent service from a lady with a British accent named Lovejeet, who not only helped me try on and fit the frames but also helped me price out the lenses with various options. Well, I went there 3 weeks ago for their special 2/$78.00 glasses. I walked in with no appt. picked out some frames that I likes. Got in to see the Optometrist within minutes. Whet back and placed my order, and the following weekend picked up my new glasses both as was promised. As a matter of fact I got there during their lunch hour (which was CLEARLY POSTED) on the door and my receipt, and they still completed my order. I thought they were ALL Great !. It was fast, easy and you cannot beat their price. Today one of the tech's called me to see if everything was OK. This store is filthy and falling apart. EW really needs to move it to a newer strip mall or invest some serious money in rehabbing it (I suggest the former). I ended up going all the way out to the one on Sahara (which isn't exactly high end, but is much better than this location) to make my purchase. I can't really speak to the staff or services as I just browsed the selection and decided I didn't even want to deal with this place.
