This place is absolutely amazing. Everyone is so kind, they have been so good to me and my daughter. I went back again this year for my daughter's yearly glasses. But I had also had recently bent the hinge on my glasses. I asked if they could try to fix it. Unfortunately they didn't survive (they completely broke). Not their fault the main damage had already been done. But Justice was so awesome, I bought a pair of cheap frames from them that were able to work with the lenses I had and basically created a new pair. Then my daughter broke a lense on the brand new pair we got just 2-3weeks ago. We took them back and they were able to get her a new lense, we were in and out in 30min or less. I got charged for the eye exam when I was told my insurance covered the whole thing, than since I never had bifocal before I asked advice on the right glasses I got bad advice they classes set to low on my eyes, I had to get another eye prescription for the reading they told me my insurance would not cover a new frame and tried to sell me a new pair of glasses for $200 off a rack the said the were $35 it was a all around bad experience, I have to push the glasses way up against my face to see out for distance or I'm looking over the top like reading glasses. The reading part is a tine hole in the bottom center that is hard to find and see through because they sit low. I'm still using my dollar store reading glasses the lenses are not as good but the frames are a better quality and they are easier to read with. read more

Do ya see my AMAZING vintage 1968 Italian eyeglass frames? (photo attached)... check your eyes... and then admit, they're AMAZING, right? I saw them when I was 20 years old at an old outdoor flea market when I was living in NYC. I pined for them for months because I certainly couldn't afford them (I was trying to pay NYC rent of course!), before my mother came to visit me. As soon as she did, I took her over to visit my... (cue the choir of angels, please) perfect vintage glasses. Her voice raised above the entire NYC street clatter... "over $200 DOLLARS? For FRAMES? Before you even pay to get prescription lenses put in them?!?" and then she said threateningly, "YOU BETTER WEAR THEM UNTIL YOU DIE." I am twice that age now, and then some. And I plan on wearing them until I die, because I make good on promises... and because... I still love them soooo very much. Over the years. I've had to put new lenses in, and over the years I've had a super rough time finding a glasses place that will do so, as they never want to "take on the responsibility" or cannot work on glasses that were not bought direct from their store. The frames have always been a bit wonky, truth be told, as they are half a century old, and probably have some impressive stories to tell. Covid-19 mask wearing did them in entirely, as the mask pulled them further from my face, ensured that they sat ridiculously on the edge of the mask, and well... my fashionable Italian frames weren't meant for such an indignity. They finally... after 20+ years... broke entirely. One arm fell away completely from the front frame, and things looked mercilessly bleak. I even tried taking them to a jeweler (but they explained that it is illegal in NV for a jeweler to work on glasses frames!!) Custom eyes not only fixed them BETTER THAN THEY'VE EVER BEEN... but did so with gusto, zero stern "we do not take responsibility for vintage frames" warnings (like all the others), and they exuded nothing but confidence and integrity, assuring they'd be ready for pickup, and then making good on that timeline. All for the sum of $31.43 (tax incl). For around $30, I WILL have my frames until I die. I am SOOOO grateful!! A shout out to the staff for all the friendly conversation and know-how, plus one staff member has the cutest shag cut that I'd die for... (ya see: a shag cut plus my vintage frames? The ideal self. Went in to get my sunglasses readjusted because they had become loose and would slip off my face fairly often. The staff member Trina was very kind and helpful and literally custom fit my glasses to fit the shape of my head. Apparently I have a non symmetrical shaped head. Now those glasses fit better than ever. She even gave me a little sunglasses care kit for free that came with a case, cleaning cloth, and a spray to take with me. I had the most incredible experience at this office. Dr. Stubbs was the most knowledgeable person in this field. I came for an eye exam and refraction and for a new pair of glasses. My eyes are difficult to refract having had lasik procedure on my right eye and a cataract extraction on my left eye. But he did it with ease and accurately at that. Hopefully when my new glasses are avail that will still be the case. I'll give a follow up review. Dr. Stubbs was accomodating, had a good sense of humor and made me feel comfortable. Not to discount the fact that he is well versed in Tagalog. Trina who assisted me into choosing my glasses was also very knowledgeable and pleasant. They made my experience here tops.
