Do not come here! Turning into another chop shop! I have been coming here for over 2 years and I'm positive ownership and management has changed due to my recent experience. I went in for a pedicure and needed acrylic on my big toes due to them breaking off. I typically like my toes to have sharper edges and for the length to be at where my skin ends. Two different women did my toes that I've never seen before and they filed my toes all the way down to the point at which I had to put my hand in the way and beg them to stop filing! They ended up having to do two extra nails with acrylic due to their error and my toe nail shapes are all weird and I was over filed to where one of my toes is still currently bleeding! It took her 2.5 hours to do my toes and by the end I ended up paying $120 (including a 20% tip because that's my standard). I wanted to crying during the whole service. It took me YEARS to find a good salon and they are going down hill! Also the new owner is lying to clients about nail techs saying they are on vacation. Come to find out, they are quitting in droves. He's a terrible manager and lacks customer service training. Off to find another salon willing to listen to what the client wants and not leave me with injuries!! read more

I will never go back! I got a pedicure and a manicure done and they cut my cuticles to the point where I started bleeding. They told me my tech was on vacation but someone else could take me come to find out she quit and half the salon quit as well due to new management. The new owners are rude and don't take criticism well at all! Save your time and money and find a new salon ! read more

I am extremely disappointed with the pedicure I received today. The entire service felt rushed, careless, and incomplete from start to finish. The technician barely trimmed my toenails, even after I clearly requested it, and I had to ask him to go back and trim them again. My cuticles were not properly cleaned, and the gel polish was applied quickly with very little care or attention to detail. Every part of the pedicure was rushed--the callus removal, foot scrub, leg and foot massage, nail care, and polish application. I paid extra for additional services, but they were completed so quickly that I do not feel I received the service I paid for. When I raised my concerns at the front desk, there was no apology, concern, or effort to address the issue. I left feeling extremely frustrated and completely dissatisfied. I paid for a full gel pedicure with additional services, but I did not receive the quality, care, or attention I expected. Based on both the poor service and the way my complaint was handled, I would not recommend this salon!!! read more

I used to get my nails done here with my long term nail tech. She is amazing, she is great, and does the best work I've ever received. No problem with her she was great my issue I experienced was with someone else. I will not mention any names but there was a woman who would sit in the corner closest to the sink and always have something to say about my nail lady. Her customer could be sitting right infront of her and instead of focusing on her client she would criticize my nail techs work and rush her. Girl you're gonna get no where worrying about someone else's work when yours isn't even good. My nail tech takes her time and just because you want her to rush doesn't mean she has to. Everytime I saw any of your sets they were pretty mediocre tbh. Never returned because of her making me feel uncomfortable when I should be at peace. If ur coworkers customers are not upset at their own nail tech then mind your own business. kept in touch with my nail lady and am now following her else where. Unprofessional and rude to their employees and I have been there a couple of times. Another thing that annoyed me is why give me a loyalty card knowing I pay card stamp it one time then the next I returned say you'll only stamp if I pay cash. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon. The salon was pretty steady but they were able to see me as soon as a tech was available. Ben did my gel manicure and did a great job! I opted for a milky white color and it is perfect! I called at 11:47am to request an appointment for eyebrow and lip waxing. They told me I could come in at 12:30pm. I arrived early at 12:04 and checked in and waited for my appointment. The salon looked clean and they were very busy. I was brought back for my appointment by Lisa, who seemed very pleasant and professional. Lisa had a very gentle touch and it was appreciated, however, they use popsicle sticks to apply their wax. I could feel globs of wax on my face for 2 very small areas, lip and eyebrow. She also didn't allow the wax to sit or press on the strips to adhere to the areas and had to go over these areas multiple times. Sometimes those hairs are tricky, I understand but between the usage of a wide popsicle stick as opposed to to the finer application tools used for these smaller areas and the excessive globs on my face, it felt a bit unprofessional. Also, there was no cooling gets utilized either, if that matters to anyone--but I feel like they do make a difference. Lisa was professional in every other way and I appreciate her and the salon getting me in, but I will most likely not be back simply due to their technique and tools used (wide popsicle sticks for every area). Also, on a side note, I still have leftover wax stuck to my face after leaving. read more

She checked in with me the throughout the service to ensure proper length/color/treatment pressure but while allowing me to relax as though it was a spa. I never leave a review for a nail salon until I've been there for more than a couple visits. It takes time to see the true integrity and quality of a service based business. I've been coming here every 2-3weeks since Dec 2024 and there are a few things I've learned. This is not the place for specific nail art or designs. My nail tech Hana constantly needed help from other nail techs to finish my requests and even the more seasoned techs were not good. On Feb 9 I came in for Valentine's Day nails and it took 40 minutes for them to get hearts looking like hearts. Before I knew it, there was a group of 3 other techs hovering over her station. They were all speaking Vietnamese and I had a feeling they were trash talking. I opened a voice note and later uploaded to a translation app, turns out I was right. This should have been enough to not go back but since I needed birthday nails on the 22nd I came back. SMH On the 22nd I did a basic design but the red polish must've been expired because the next day it was scuffed and chipping. I called them immediately and they assured me I could come in for a free fix. I came in and thought that Hana understood this was a free fix due to poor quality of the polish used. So imagine my surprise when I go to leave and they say I owe $31, mind you I had already paid $105 a few days prior. To me this spoke volumes, it was very clear that $31 was more important than a returning customer. They had a choice to do the right thing and they didn't. That sums up what the company stands for. I won't be recommending or returning. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I was given a gift certificate for my birthday and gave it to my 19 year old daughter. My daughter went to get her nails done and asked for acrylics and they started to do gel on her nails and she told them that is not what she wanted. The told her that it's too late that she has to get the gels. They did such a horrible job and my daughter was in tears. They were so rude and made her pay $92 for something she didn't want and didn't ask for. This place is terrible!! Don't EVER GO HERE!!! read more

It is turned up so high that you absolutely cannot have a conversation with anyone in there without screaming, which is something to keep in mind if you're looking to chat. We almost gave up to back to ski lodge but decided to not be quitters....so glad we stayed. Love the decor. It was loud (not a biggie) so we got some great ol fashioneds at the bar, then inched our way to center dance floor where we didn't stop dancing to the band til 1 pm when they stopped.....we had so much fun, we (and others) wanted them to keep playing. It did cost me $25 cover (wife was free). I was ok with this. i think before 9 it's free to get in. Amazing night.

My barber Cesar moved to this store a few years back, and despite me moving to a house in the North West of the valley, I am still happy to make the drive here for his awesome and friendly service, and for the overall experience. I highly recommend him, so ask for him by name if you are booking or doing a walk in! The interior really is very cool, great to have a true barbershop feel to enjoy rather than the bland and clinical interiors of most modern chains or shops. It's fun looking at all the decor, including some of the more fun items on display, it all just adds to the overall experience. It's also reasonably priced, though be aware this is a cash only establishment, so no cards, but they do have an ATM. Overall, Good Times Barbershop lives up to its name. It is always a great experience coming here and I highly recommend this business.

I only gave 1 star so I could post my review. Do not go to this nail lounge. The customer service is horrible. They expect you to pay for a service and have an issue if you ask for a certain specific as to how you want your nails. Do not let Mimi or the owner do your nails. You will be disappointed. Upon finishing he started to paint my toes the color on the right (purple!) I told him this was the wrong color! He said I was wrong. I asked to see the bottle and pointed out that it was indeed the wrong color. He then said he was out!! I picked another three times and he said he was out of all the soft pink and continued to tell me the color I was given was PINK!! He refused to help and kept telling me these were less basic.... I almost started to cry... he gave me the silent treatment up until asking me to leave a good review on Yelp! The audacity!!!!!! I'll never be back! I'm disgusted and disappointed that this happened and that he tried to make me look like a difficult customer the entire time even raising his voice at me! All for basic soft pink nails

This a French tip where the base is milky white instead of pink or neutral. I've gotten this style before and it has nothing to do with the color of your skin, it's simply a different color polish. I thought maybe she couldn't understand me so I showed her a picture of someone with darker skin that had it and she told me that she'll do it but she'd have to charge me $5 extra dollars and that she's not taking it off if I don't like it. What? I ended the service there and walked out after paying $50 for my half done pedicure. I went to another nail salon that said "of course we can do that" immediately. Over time this nail salon has improved their pedicure chairs and the inside looks really nice but the people there don't stay on top of trends and can only do basic styles.
