Worst lash fill experience ever…read more The appointment started with her being 10 minutes late which is 10% of my 90min appointment time. She expressed no remorse. She didn't wash her hands in between clients This is Las Vegas where everybody is sweaty and gross. Did she wipe down the chair after the last client left? No she did not. I watched her escort the client out take me straight in and never clean anything in between She reeked of body odor the whole appointment She was applying so much pressure on my forehead that by the end of the appointment I had a raging headache and constant neck pain When she removed the tape from my upper lids, she ripped it off despite my flinching and gasping in pain and she just kept ripping even on the next eye Then I had my lashes glued to my bottom lash and she just kind of aggressively separated those two When I went to get out of the chair I couldn't figure out how to sit it back up and I mentioned that twice. I was so eager to get the heck out of there that I climbed out of the chair and she laughed at me while doing it. I paid for 90 minutes and I got 75 at best. If this had been the first time I got to fill,, I would never have done Lashes again. Lucky for me I know this is an anomaly because I've been getting my lashes done for 10 years.

I had to change my appointment due to my work schedule changing and she was totally accommodating and was able to change it for me with short notice! Well I wasn't done throwing her curve balls... on my way to my appointment I drove to the wrong location... I arrived pretty early and texted her letting her know and was going to look around Trader Joe's which made her realize I was at the wrong one. Nooo! (When I read Sola Salon I thought it was the one closest to me and I had no idea it was a chain I didn't pay attention to the address listed everywhere ) After that mix up she still managed to get me in same day which was super understanding of her and accommodating once again. So Jessica was great. Super friendly and knows her stuff. She listened to how I like my brows and also shaped them perfectly without taking too much off. My lash lady was great, she made me feel comfortable and had the right amount of small talk. I had a bad reaction, I don't know if I'm allergic or if it was the tech. But- my lashes are in fact lifted and tinted! Even though my eyes were tearing(you're not supposed to get them wet for 48 hours), they still lifted! So, if you know you're not allergic, go ahead! But if not, please go 24 hours before your appointment and have them test out your reaction!
