This place is amazing. I originally came here after buying a groupon for a set of 80 mink lashes. They came out so well! Let me say I am usually the type that buys groupon after groupon to keep getting my lashes done at a cheaper price. After getting them done at EyeLoveLash, I haven't thought about going elsewhere. The staff is great, so accommodating and friendly. They really helped me figure out what look I was going for. The place is really clean and calming, I fall asleep every time I get lashes done! I usually come in for 3 week touch ups. The last time I came in I got a new 80 piece set. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the eyelashes started coming out the next day. This has never happened so I'm hoping that will only be a one time thing or I might have to come back and change my rating. For now though I am still team EyeLoveLash! read more

Came here with a Groupon for 40 lashes per eye. EyeLoveLash is a gem hidden inside a building on the fifth floor. Upon entering, I was greeted with warm smiles by the receptionist. I came with a friend and it was our first time doing lash extensions. The lash technicians were very informative and patient with us. Once we were finished deciding what lashes we wanted, the lady led us inside the room. There were 3 beds on each side. The beds had a removable paper sheet on it, so it's hygienic. They also give you a plaid blanket to cover yourself with -- how cozy! The lash technician sanitized her hands prior to doing the procedure. I'm always afraid when it comes to doing any procedures related with eyes because I'm afraid it may hurt. But the lash technician was gentle and it didn't hurt at all. The procedure took about 30 minutes to an hour - pretty quick IMO. It was also relaxing. I almost fell asleep. There was a woman next to me who was snoring; that's how relaxing it was. Since I only got 40 lashes, it's not as "full" as I'd like it to be. I think a full set would be about 80 to 100 lashes. But all in all, I still love my lashes! It's a small difference but I think it would definitely look a lot better with a full set. I'll definitely be back in the future for more extensions. I had my eyelashes done on June 2nd and on June 20th still pretty full! I will come back soon for a refill just because I like when it's fuller and thicker. Emily did a great job putting 160 eyelashes per eye, they even closed at 8.30pm instead of 8pm because of me. I did 160 Mink eyelashes with the "sexy glamour" look I think and everyone loves it! I get compliments from strangers and I have recommended them twice already :) Jay is really nice and polite and knows what he's talking about. Went to JJ eyelashes once before and didn't like the fact that they forced me into giving the tip and trying to sell more and more. The salon is beautiful and very clean and they are extending it I believe. They have an IPad to show you before and after pictures which is really helpful when you're deciding on which "look" you would like to have. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be back! It can keep more than one month, not very fall off. Still can make up regularly. The Real Mink one is very soft like real eyelash. when I first went I had the most incredible lash experience in my life! but my last visit was the worst. My lashes look like a child did them. I left the location very upset. Very thin ( I paid for 110) short in length (my fault) and I was very displeased with my lash tech. My lashes are damaged ( not due to this) so it takes hours for them to look decent. read more

Eyelovelash is truly one of the top eyelash extension places in NYC! I first found & tried them when I purchased the groupon deal for $50 (80 eyelash set). I'm not a regular eyelash extension client, but I would occasionally get them done for any special event etc. I tried maybe 3 or 4 different places in the city from Wink, Pink Lash and others & I was really impressed with Eyelovelash. Not only did they provide the option for same day appointments, but they displayed great customer service & their establishment was clean which I'm very big on, so that was another plus. Now, the actual installment of the eyelashes, the girl that did mine was great. Her name is Zoe, & she really does do a great job by first making sure you're comfortable & then applying the lashes very carefully & accurately taking her time to do so. I've been a pretty loyal customer to Eyelovelash for 2+ years and usually go in every 4-6 weeks for a new set. I pay around $120 including tip for a new set and stick with 80 pieces, 9-11 length, C-curl and cateye (sexy) shape. Sometimes I'll go up to 110 pieces, 10-12 length and extra thick lashes for special occasions. The quality is fairly consistent but occasionally I'll get a less skilled technician - you can tell when your lashes are glued on too far from the roots or when a few of them are misaligned. Not a big concern for me though. In general the lashes last for 3-4 weeks and I'll go in for a new set when most have fallen out. I've been to a 5 or 6 other lash salons around the city but keep coming back to eyelovelash because of their reservation system! I love that I can make or change an appointment over text, and they usually respond within 30 minutes during business hours. With a hectic work schedule, I often have to change appointments last minute. The staff is always courteous and accommodating (unlike some of the salons in ktown). Location is also super convenient, steps away from the NQR. Would recommend this salon to professional women who want to look nice at work but too lazy or don't have time to put on makeup everyday! They're open until 8 so it's not hard to snag an appointment after work on a weeknight. Only con is that they're not open on Sundays :( If you join the membership program you can also collect points (not sure about the conversion rate but I get a few dollars off every now and then) and get 10% off during your birthday month. read more

I am a really sensitive person when dealing with my eye and face area and I've had bad experiences before with eyelash extensions- either uncomfortable or looks too dramatic. And I got them done in China, where there are a ton places like this. But this place does magic to your lashes. It feels great and looks so natural and beautiful yet you don't feel strange on your eyes at all. I got the premium silk and it is not even their most expensive material I was already feeling great with them on. LOVE THIS PLACE. I recently got a Groupon for a trial and they were so great about it. You call in advance and book an appointment and when you go they have you pick your specific lash from the style to the length to the specific type of curl that you'd like. Once that is settled they take you to a room with a few beds lined up next to one another you lay out and they cover you with a blanket. They play relaxing music and since my lashes were only a trial I was there maybe 30 minutes (the trial is only 40pcs - but you can add on and pay the difference if that's what you'd like) it was such a soothing experience, will definitely be coming to this place again. read more

I want to give them a great review because the lash technician did a great job, but when I came out, the quoted price was not the price I paid. I was quoted $87 but ended up paying $114. The receptionist said "I thought you had a coupon." I never said I had a coupon. I asked her for the cash price over the phone and never mentioned a coupon. Then she said she'd get be me a discount if I posted a photo on Instagram with their hashtag. No way! If you aren't going to honor your quoted price, then I'm not going to promote your business. DO NOT COME HERE!! If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I made an appointment to come here bc I saw that they were having a sale on Groupon. I got there and the woman told me that, because I still have a few lash extensions left on my eyes, they would be unable to to a full set for me without charging me an additional $20. Excuse me? Why would it cost more when less lashes are needed? I've been getting my eyelashes done for 8 years and never have I heard of anything like this. So I then asked how much it would cost for a fill rather than a full set and the guy said it would cost $10 MORE than it would have cost me to just get my full set. I have been getting my lashes done for over 2 years now, I've tried JJ lashes and then was a regular at Bling lash. I have had different technicians work on me and when I found Vivian at Bling I was hooked. She was so gentle, and she really took the time to make sure every lash had an extension on it. I always requested her because when she did my lashes they always stayed on the longest. When she told me she had her own business I was excited. Its a small location but very convenient to get to and as always Vivian and her staff are so sweet and accommodating.
