I'm happy to hear that a lot of people had a great experience with Saidy and Alma. However I was extremely disappointed with my service. I had gone to Saidy once before for my eyebrows and she was very nice, friendly, talkative and loved the way she did my eyebrows. So I decided to go again, I messaged her on Thursday around 6 pm to see if she was available. She said 7:30? I said that works for me, then she said Alma okay ? I told her I didn't remember the name of the woman that did them last time and I would like her to do them again. Saidy said she was the one that helped me and then said she wasn't going to be available until Sunday and that she would send me Alma. Then I asked her about the free eyebrow tint service that she offered me for my next appointment and if Alma would be able to honor that or do I wait for her ? Since she took a while to get back to me about that, my boyfriend and I were in the area we decided to stop by and ask, Alma said she had already written my name down for 7:30 and that she could honor it. Fast forward , Alma did my eyebrows and the tint. When she was done I looked at them and was unsure if i liked them or not. Something just looked off and I thought they looked too thick. I asked if she could remove alittle bit of the tint and thin them out alittle more. I only felt her remove like two little hairs and was done and I didn't see any drastic change. But I thought okay maybe I'm not use to seeing myself with tint. Anyways I got back home and look at them better and I still felt they looked too thick. Next morning I message Saidy and I explained how I felt about my eyebrows and if I could get them redone by her. Saidys responses were very short and one worded, When I got to my appointment on Sunday she wasn't as talkative or as friendly anymore. The vibes were off and I felt bad for going back. She had told me my eyebrows were uneven and that she would try to fix them. Then she showed me the shaped of one that she fixed and I liked it, when she was done I looked at them and I'm not going to lie I looked a bit crazy with dark eyebrows. She said it's normal for them to look that dark. In my head I was like okay I'll trust the process but when I get home I can see that my eyebrows are completely uneven and the tint is horrible and looks unnatural. Anyways that was my experience and I probably won't be going back. Edit: I'm replying to your response because you said a couple things that weren't true. First being you "consulting with me considering my scar" and saying you cannot alter scars. Not once did you mention anything about my scar. If it was a problem you could have told me. But the problem wasn't my scar that shouldn't even matter. Second, you also said you "noticed my not so good mood" you literally just asked how my weekend was and that's it. I responded and the rest was silence which is fine. But I don't think I did anything to give off not so good mood. I was pretty respectful and still came back after your coworker messed up my eyebrows the first time. And I walked out again with even worse eyebrows. Of course now I'm upset because you didn't measure them. One eyebrow is clearly longer and higher than the other. The picture doesn't do it justice. But anyways I will not be going back. Saidy is Amazing! I originally went in for a lash lift and tint as an experiment I had never heard of such a thing but thought I needed to try it since I don't like wearing make up on a daily basis. Right away she suggested I leave out the tint on my lashes because she thought my lashes were dark enough. I agreed and had the lash lift only. She answered all my questions during the process and was very gentle. Since it was my first time she made sure I was comfortable during the process, she made me feel very comfortable. I ended up having my eyes brows waxed and tinted also and am extremely satisfied with the results. I appreciated that she saved me money on the eyelash tint because not too many artist would do that, considering they are loosing money when you leave services out. First off, the studio is BEAUTIFUL! It is very clean, vibrant and welcoming. I got the lash lift and the lash tint done. I have never tried this service before so I was pretty nervous because someone would be working so close to my eyeball. Before the service Saidy let me know how the procedure will go and what she will be doing every step of it. I felt more comfortable knowing that she knew a lot about the products and chose quality products for her salon. I will mention that I have very short, sensitive, light colored lashes. Usually a lash curler will make many of my lashes fall off. I was very surprised that the procedure didn't make any lashes fall out!! This process made my lashes naturally look perked up and with the tint it made it look like I was wearing natural mascara. I am in love with the results!!
