It is such a delight to find this cafe. I was on Robertson for business and stumbled on this cafe. This small cafe is nicely air conditioned and it's clean and fresh. They have a portion of the wall that needs to be painted. They have a funny sign that reads Work in Progress. How great is that. The most impressive, when they brought my dry macchiato, they also brought a cup of water. Italy here I come.

Cute, fun, and immediately won me over because they use Dune Coffee beans, aka one of my favorite coffee spots from Santa Barbara! The matcha was incredible and my friend LOVED her strawberry matcha because the milk tasted infused with freeze-dried strawberries which really leveled up the strawberry flavor! Super unique and really tasty. Will definitely be back!

Best avocado toast I've ever eaten. It was fresh and very delicious! Sesame seeds added a kick to the flavor!

If could give more than 5 stars, I would!! My mom and I came here on Sunday morning. We were in the area because of the LA Marathon and thought to try a new coffee shop. We got here around 7:30 AM and it was pretty empty! Their selection of coffee was great - so many cool and unique options it was difficult for us to pick a drink! We just wanted to try them all haha. My mom got a hot Georgia on my Mind, which was a latte with vanilla & orange zest. It was sooo good. I got the iced banana latte. It tasted like a bananas foster dessert but in a latte! Sooo good. Would 10000% come back!

It's a small shop with a few tables inside and outside. The tables are close together, so it may not be the best for private conversations or serious business meetings. There's meters out front or free 2-hour parking in the residential neighborhood behind the shop. Service was a matter of fact. Not bad but not overly friendly either. The iced coffee was bold and a little bitter.

Pandan Matcha Latte, Baklava Latte

This is such a great study spot! The drinks are delicious and there are so many interesting flavors. I ordered the pandan matcha latte and it tasted truly like pandan without being overly artificial. My friend ordered the baklava latte which was also delicious. The shop itself has plenty of natural lighting and seating, though the big table in the middle has seats with the most back support, so they were my favorite. There is also a bathroom here and good wifi. Came here on a Sunday morning so the neighborhood street parking was free with no time limit. Normally, there is only street parking so be prepared for that. I will be back next time and hopefully try the food!

Eyes Peeled has been on my matcha hit list for a while now and I am glad I finally got the chance to stop by! This spot is located in Culver City where there is a good amount of street parking around the area. Inside, they have a pretty spacious and modern interior with some additional tables for seating outside. For their menu, they have a nice selection of coffee and matcha drinks to choose from with some food options too. I opted to try the Pandan Cake Matcha and it was a nice treat that was not too sweet! Overall, I would definitely come back to try some of their other drinks and food too. All of the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. If you are ever in the area and looking for that caffeine fix or a drink to treat yourself, this spot will not disappoint!

Orange zest into syrup

We were easily able to find parking at a meter out front, and although there was a bit of a line when we arrived, but luckily it moved pretty quickly and the barista and cashier were very efficient with making drinks. They had the menu posted on the wall outside the door so you could start thinking of your order while waiting in line, and they had a larger menu once you get to the register. Since it was my first time visiting, I decided to go with a drink from their specialty menu. Since they were out of their espresso-esque called the Rising Flower Tonic ($7, comes with espresso, orange juice, osmanthus flower simple syrup, & tonic water) I went with a different orange-infused option. Georgia On My Mind ($7) is made individually with espresso, oat milk, vanilla syrup, orange zest, then shaken in a cocktail shaker, and topped with a dehydrated orange slice. On the subject of the Georgia On My Mind drink having orange zest when named after the song: "Weird, it should've been peach. Georgia is the peach state." - Joshua Georgia On My Mind was initially a punch of very sweet, so much so that next time I thought I might ask for less syrup, but it very quickly grew on me and I loved it. The orange zest was the perfect amount of orange to be noticeable without overpowering, and I appreciate that they default to oat milk for this one because it was the perfect creaminess. They are a multi-roaster-cafe and carried at least two different local California roasters, Dune Coffee Roasters and Be Bright Coffee Roasters. I cannot wait to go back and try another signature drink!! Even though it's called Eyes Peeled, I did not spiiill.

Street parking on a Monday morning was easy to find. Indoor is cute and minimal with plenty of tables to do work. There is also outdoor seating. Staff is super friendly and service was quick despite it being moderately busy. They have a pretty diverse selection of pastries and drinks. We got the banana matcha and banana latte. Both are super delicious , but we both agreed the banana matcha was superior. We also got the kimchi spam croissant, which tasted exactly like what I imagined but crispier and the toasted seaweed on top was a great touch. 10/10 will be returning Street parking Indoor seating with outlets / tables Outdoor seating V friendly staff Pastries , coffee

banana cake matcha & baklava latte

Yummy. I came with my friend on a Saturday morning and it ordered the Baklava latte while my friend got the banana cake matcha. The baklava latte was a pleasant surprise. Never had a pistachio flavored drink, so I was a bit hesitant but the pistachio added a nice elevation to the coffee. The latte wasnt too sweet which I loved and the pistachio bits added a nice crunch. I didnt try my friend's drink but the matcha color was GIVING ans my friend loved her drink. I also got a ham and cheese croissant, warmed up, and it was absolutely delicious. The croissant had a tiny pickle skewered at the top which I thought was cute and the croissant was nice and flaky and buttery. Will definitely be coming back to try more drinks. There are limited seats for studying so do be sure to get there early. There are outlets tho and wifi!

Pandan Cake Matcha

I've been here a long time ago to try their Pistachio Latte, which I thought was just okay. But I came back to try their Pandan Cake Matcha and it was AMAZING! Their matcha is great quality and definitely worth the visit. I also love that there's so much natural lighting & space but it was PACKED on a Sunday.

GEORGIA ON MY MIND

Just discovered one of the cutest cafes in Culver City ! I had an iced espresso - my usual go to. It was great. The seating and vibe is really pleasant and warm, and desert outdoor seating as well. Staff was friendly and approachable.

Believe!

WOW, one of the busiest spots at the mall! Atmosphere was a bit congested with so many people sitting and standing around. It was hard for me to picture this place in its quiet and peaceful space. They have special merchandise and tea for purchase. Extremely long line all the way out the front door. Once we got closer up to the counter, it went swiftly. Since it was our first time at Chagee, I asked the young gentleman for his recommendations. He suggested Boya Jasmine Green Tea Latte was one of their most popular drinks so that's what I got. Thank you young man! My daughter wanted to try the Chagee DayDream Frozen Blended so that's what she got. I know she already got coffee, but there's always room for more. I was surprised the prices were so very reasonable. I thought their prices would be higher based on their high end tea name brand. Another WOW, I was impressed with the unique and exquisite flavor of the tea in my drink. It was quite delightful and addicting to say the least. I loved it! My daughter loved her blended drink, too. A+ for both! Here is the not so WOW part... wait time was a bit long due to the busyness. Also I asked for a bag to store both drinks. The young lady said sure. She opened the pretty designed blue bag and handed it to me. I was shocked by her behavior... such lack of service IMHO. I would have expected her to place my drinks in the bag. I guess not. I bagged them myself. All good. Hence, minus 1 star! Thanks Chagee for staying true to your well crafted tea creations at very reasonable prices! But please work on your customer service. The full tea experience deserves excellent service first and amazing teas second.

They are located upstairs but they had a popup stand downstairs near the big TV screen. I got their popular Hokey Pokey flavor which is a vanilla soft serve with toffee blended into it on topped on top. You can get their soft serve dairy or for a little more non dairy. I got it in their waffle cone which was pretty large. The toffee bits on top were good and melts in your mouth. It went well with the toffee blended ice cream. My only complaint was it was too sweet and on the melted side. I had to eat it quickly and it was runny and messy. They made my cone pretty quickly and I didn't have to wait long. Besides their most popular Hokey Pokey flavor their second most popular is their strawberry and cream one that comes with strawberry bits and whipped cream. But they have many other flavors including seasonal ones. They usually have about 10 different creations. I want to come back and try their hazelnut one.

My eldest daughter and I could not decide on which one donut we wanted to indulge in. After much contemplation, Roasted Sweet Corn was the chosen one! Donut was good size with tons of creme filling inside. It even has a few corn kernels right on top. How cute! Donut texture was fluffy and not dense at all. However, creme filling was a bit much for me. I would have preferred a tad more donut than filling. The light sugar on top was a nice add. I can't say I would get this again. Lo and behold, Chamberlain Coffee was the first thing I saw when I went upstairs. I normally see Chamberlain coffee beans at places like Sprouts and Whole Foods so it's cool to see that there are actually coffee shops! (And yes, I am late to the game because I just found out five minutes ago that an influencer/business woman/podcaster/model is who owns this business and franchise.) Chamberlain Coffee is a stand-alone tiny shop/kiosk that is modern and sleek and only big enough for a few people to stand inside to order. There are no seating inside but tons located outside since the food court is close by. I am probably the worse at giving you a full review because I looked up and IMMEDIATELY zoned in on the banana latte. I am in my banana latte era! Ordered it from one of the three workers and got my well-crafted drink in less than 7 minutes. My banana latte made with whole milk was DELICIOUS! It is sweet but not synthetically sweet. I can taste the banana syrup, tasting homemade, and the coffee is strong enough shine through. It is not diluted with milk or masked with sugar. This is a well made coffee. The large, with tax, is going to cost $10. This drink edged up to be one of the best banana latte I have had as of yet so $10 for the large is worth it.

But before the dessert, my eldest daughter wanted coffee. We saw Chamberlain Coffee and here we are. It is a very tiny clean coffee shop in its own standalone space. Menu was small with selections of coffee, lattes, teas, baked goods, etc. Lady staff who took our order was cordial. One cup of hot latte with caramel was what we got. Price was fair. Service was very quick. We were in and out of here in less than 8 minutes. Believe or not, there was a huge line in front of us and a huge line behind us. As for the taste, it didn't have the umph that a good coffee should have. The coffee art was not even attempted IMHO. Check out photo. I can't give them too much props. Next time we should get their best seller drink. Thanks Chamberlain Coffee!
