It is such a delight to find this cafe. I was on Robertson for business and stumbled on this cafe. This small cafe is nicely air conditioned and it's clean and fresh. They have a portion of the wall that needs to be painted. They have a funny sign that reads Work in Progress. How great is that. The most impressive, when they brought my dry macchiato, they also brought a cup of water. Italy here I come.
As a self proclaimed banana coffee connoisseur, eyes peeled has jumped to my number one spot! Not too sweet, not artificial and the oat milk made it perfectly creamy. The sesame croissant was the perfect compliment. I will be back!
Cute, fun, and immediately won me over because they use Dune Coffee beans, aka one of my favorite coffee spots from Santa Barbara! The matcha was incredible and my friend LOVED her strawberry matcha because the milk tasted infused with freeze-dried strawberries which really leveled up the strawberry flavor! Super unique and really tasty. Will definitely be back!
If could give more than 5 stars, I would!! My mom and I came here on Sunday morning. We were in the area because of the LA Marathon and thought to try a new coffee shop. We got here around 7:30 AM and it was pretty empty! Their selection of coffee was great - so many cool and unique options it was difficult for us to pick a drink! We just wanted to try them all haha. My mom got a hot Georgia on my Mind, which was a latte with vanilla & orange zest. It was sooo good. I got the iced banana latte. It tasted like a bananas foster dessert but in a latte! Sooo good. Would 10000% come back!
It's a small shop with a few tables inside and outside. The tables are close together, so it may not be the best for private conversations or serious business meetings. There's meters out front or free 2-hour parking in the residential neighborhood behind the shop. Service was a matter of fact. Not bad but not overly friendly either. The iced coffee was bold and a little bitter.
This is such a great study spot! The drinks are delicious and there are so many interesting flavors. I ordered the pandan matcha latte and it tasted truly like pandan without being overly artificial. My friend ordered the baklava latte which was also delicious. The shop itself has plenty of natural lighting and seating, though the big table in the middle has seats with the most back support, so they were my favorite. There is also a bathroom here and good wifi. Came here on a Sunday morning so the neighborhood street parking was free with no time limit. Normally, there is only street parking so be prepared for that. I will be back next time and hopefully try the food!

This spot is located in Culver City where there is a good amount of street parking around the area. Inside, they have a pretty spacious and modern interior with some additional tables for seating outside. For their menu, they have a nice selection of coffee and matcha drinks to choose from with some food options too. I opted to try the Pandan Cake Matcha and it was a nice treat that was not too sweet! Overall, I would definitely come back to try some of their other drinks and food too. All of the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. If you are ever in the area and looking for that caffeine fix or a drink to treat yourself, this spot will not disappoint!
We were easily able to find parking at a meter out front, and although there was a bit of a line when we arrived, but luckily it moved pretty quickly and the barista and cashier were very efficient with making drinks. They had the menu posted on the wall outside the door so you could start thinking of your order while waiting in line, and they had a larger menu once you get to the register. Since it was my first time visiting, I decided to go with a drink from their specialty menu. Since they were out of their espresso-esque called the Rising Flower Tonic ($7, comes with espresso, orange juice, osmanthus flower simple syrup, & tonic water) I went with a different orange-infused option. Georgia On My Mind ($7) is made individually with espresso, oat milk, vanilla syrup, orange zest, then shaken in a cocktail shaker, and topped with a dehydrated orange slice. On the subject of the Georgia On My Mind drink having orange zest when named after the song: "Weird, it should've been peach. Georgia is the peach state." - Joshua Georgia On My Mind was initially a punch of very sweet, so much so that next time I thought I might ask for less syrup, but it very quickly grew on me and I loved it. The orange zest was the perfect amount of orange to be noticeable without overpowering, and I appreciate that they default to oat milk for this one because it was the perfect creaminess. They are a multi-roaster-cafe and carried at least two different local California roasters, Dune Coffee Roasters and Be Bright Coffee Roasters. I cannot wait to go back and try another signature drink!! Even though it's called Eyes Peeled, I did not spiiill.
Street parking on a Monday morning was easy to find. Indoor is cute and minimal with plenty of tables to do work. There is also outdoor seating. Staff is super friendly and service was quick despite it being moderately busy. They have a pretty diverse selection of pastries and drinks. We got the banana matcha and banana latte. Both are super delicious , but we both agreed the banana matcha was superior. We also got the kimchi spam croissant, which tasted exactly like what I imagined but crispier and the toasted seaweed on top was a great touch. 10/10 will be returning Street parking Indoor seating with outlets / tables Outdoor seating V friendly staff Pastries , coffee
Yummy. I came with my friend on a Saturday morning and it ordered the Baklava latte while my friend got the banana cake matcha. The baklava latte was a pleasant surprise. Never had a pistachio flavored drink, so I was a bit hesitant but the pistachio added a nice elevation to the coffee. The latte wasnt too sweet which I loved and the pistachio bits added a nice crunch. I didnt try my friend's drink but the matcha color was GIVING ans my friend loved her drink. I also got a ham and cheese croissant, warmed up, and it was absolutely delicious. The croissant had a tiny pickle skewered at the top which I thought was cute and the croissant was nice and flaky and buttery. Will definitely be coming back to try more drinks. There are limited seats for studying so do be sure to get there early. There are outlets tho and wifi!
I've been here a long time ago to try their Pistachio Latte, which I thought was just okay. But I came back to try their Pandan Cake Matcha and it was AMAZING! Their matcha is great quality and definitely worth the visit. I also love that there's so much natural lighting & space but it was PACKED on a Sunday.
Best avocado toast I've ever eaten. It was fresh and very delicious! Sesame seeds added a kick to the flavor!

We just had the most delicious açaí bowl, rice bowl, cappuccino and strawberry matcha. The rice bowl had kimchi, mushrooms, spicy cucumbers, and radish. Everything tasted fresh, was seasoned perfectly and even looked beautiful. Looking forward to coming back. Edit- before we left we ordered a couple more items- banana matcha latte and a croissant that was a mix between a pretzel and croissant. I recommend asking them to lightly sweeten the latte as it is VERY sweet otherwise. Croissant was very good. read more

I love this place! The banana matcha is a must-try, and their pastries are always delicious. I've also tried their rice bowl once and I would definitely recommend it. The service is consistently great--everyone is so welcoming and friendly, which makes every visit enjoyable. The café isn't very big, so it can be difficult to find a seat during busy hours. Also it have one restroom in case someone interested in that. If you can, try to come earlier so you don't have to stay in line long. I also like the outdoor seating area, and parking is easy, which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend! read more

I was in town on a business trip and needed a matcha fix before work. Found this spot on Yelp and decided to stop by and I'm so glad I did! There was plenty of street parking, and the shop has both indoor and outdoor seating. They also offer small bites, which is perfect if you're in a hurry. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I loved the cozy decor and vibe. Bonus points for the Ted Lasso "Believe" sign above the door. I ordered the iced pandan matcha latte. It was smooth, creamy, but just a heads up it's on the sweeter side. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back! read more

The coffee here is actually really good, and the Baklava Latte? Liquid dessert. All their special drinks are iced and they also have great food selection. Place has a chill vibe, friendly staff, and a place you actually want to hang out instead of just grab and run. read more

Ordered an iced cappuccino, iced vanilla latte, rice bowl with soy egg, fancy avocado toast, and croissant. The coffee was fine, but not excellent. It isn't something I would go back for, but I would pop in if I were in the area again. The rice bowl was really good! Definitely would recommend that. The croissant was literally more expensive than the coffee and didn't hit like I hoped it would. Service from Noelle and another barista was great! The space is so cute. There's a large communal table as well as a few individual tables. All in all, I'm glad I checked this place out. Would return if I were in the area, but wouldn't make the drive just for the coffee. read more

Their banana latte makes me go bananas I usually drink my coffee black or espressos plain. Needless to say, not usually a flavored iced latte person. Three words: Pandan. Matcha. Latte. Sheesh. My first visit, a rare visit because I'm hardly ever on that side of town these days but what a killer cafe to hit up. Went to catch up with my cousin and we both couldn't help but order the same drink. It was that good. We sat on the patio seating they had outside which was a cute yellow rocking chair type of patio seat and let's just say, we felt like we were elsewhere for a quick moment. I love the matcha trend happening and every cafe trying their best to make theirs new, unique, and enticing! This was my first time seeing Pandan as a flavor for a matcha latte. Got mine with oat milk and got one of their cookies to partner it with. For all those who understand that the perfect sweetness is when its sweet but not too sweet. I didn't feel guilty, I felt refreshed, and really savored that drink. It looks like a spot that would be a favorite of many. When we went, there was technically no indoor seating so we ended up outside. With that said, it could get busy but I promise, the patience is worth it. If you're wanting to try all the different kinds of matcha lattes out there, this one is one to try! I'd come back again just for that drink. read more
It was a little underwhelming for me after how hyped it was. It kind of has that cereal milk flavor to it which I don't really care for in my matcha. If I were to try it again I would for sure say half sweet next time! The kimchi spam croissant was pretty good though! read more

Rice bowl was delicious & presentation was gorgeous. The rice is soft and comes with mushrooms, pickles, bok choy, microgreens, avocado. It probably doesn't need that much soy sauce. It's sort of busy in the afternoon so I was stuck in between two people working on their laptops. read more

I got the pandan matcha to go. It tasted pretty good with what seemed like hazelnut bits, though it leaned more toward a dessert drink. Hard to judge the quality of the matcha since it felt like a standard latte you'd get at most cafes. The staff was hella funny because they have to deal with high schoolers. The inside is also really cute. I'd come back to try their coffee next time. I don't rise & shine. I caffeinated and coordinate. That said let's begin this cute review. lol. Eyes Peeled Coffee is a bright little modern café in Culver City of LA. Its indoor has a lively, energetic vibe with excellent service and creative menu offerings. And for those who crave a street view they do have outdoor seats as well. Interior decor was simple with a few hanging plants, an art and white painted wall. Moreover, it has an abundant of natural light thanks to their large windows. EPC's primary coffee roaster is DUNE which is phenomenal. Menu items were modest and fairly priced. I had an Avocado toast and Iced Coffee. Both were great. Staff were warm, affable and professional. Service was on point. Plenty of street metered parking. Overall, it's a nice corner coffee shop. And I highly recommend it. So, until next time. :D read more

My second visit to Eyes Peeled, and still scored as good as I could recall. Bold aromatic iced coffee with spoiling touch from the Pandan syrup. I came from tropical country where it pandan was a very common flavor to feature in sweet beverages and desserts, and so delighted to find it here! If you have no idea what it is, RUN DON'T WALK, give it a try! Their Georgia on My Mind was my other recommended one, which was their version of Vanilla Latte with touch of orange zest, adding more fun into the drink. I typically wasn't into citrusy flavor in my coffee but this successfully made an exception. Great news, they now opened slightly longer, while they used to close kinda early at 2pm. The barista, who's also the owner, was extremely friendly, totally nailed that warm welcoming neighborhood cafe hospitality. read more
We've stopped by Eyes Peeled Coffee twice on a Sunday afternoon to meet up with family and friends. Two of our family members frequent this coffee shop and highly recommended it to all of us. We all decided to meet here again on a Sunday. Checked both their Yelp page and their website for store hours for a Sunday meet up with 11 people. Both times stated 4pm closing time on a Sunday. However when we arrived at 2:40pm, they were closed again. Sadly disappointed! Messaged everyone to let them know Eyes Peeled Coffee is closed and to regroup at a different coffee shop. Hopefully if we decide to visit and try Eyes Peeled Coffee next time they are open and available for customers. read more

This was one of the best matchas that I've ever had!!!! So delicious and a cute lil shop that is near my home and I don't have to wait in a small cramped building parking lot for (matcha) at The alchemist off La cienega . I've never regretted an avocado toast purchase in my life, until now. This toast was soooo bad. The bread was barely edible. Hard and burnt. The avocado itself was fine, but the topping also missed. There's no texture besides mush, and the seaweed is super fishy. The matcha was fine, but not something I'd ever go out of my way for. Service was also mediocre, it's like they were forced to be there. The shop itself was simple, not really a comfy vibe. read more

Got the recommended "georgia on my mind" and pandan matcha. coffee quality is amazing with average pricing, and the flavored matcha was so creamy and good but overpowers the matcha a bit. perfectly sweetened with no adjustments! read more
