Shocked I hadn't reviewed this place because I came maybe 10 years ago and then like a year ago. I have been here for dinner and brunch/lunch. It is a Sardinian place which is similar to Italian and brunch is American/Sardinian fusion. I love their breakfasts and soup. There dinner was just fine. Love the outdoor seating and customer service. It is also very tucked away which I like. Very cute, good ambiance, great for a quiet meal or biz mtg.

Super quiet on a Thursday morning; wonderful place to grab a cup of coffee and read/do work. Probably only the downside is there is only 1h free street parking in the neighborhood, otherwise have to park on the lot! What I got: ice cap - personally thought it was gonna be a heftier, but sweeter drink but I should have asked (its just an ice cappuccino:')). The espresso was really good- very smooth dog friendly outdoors :)

My sister frequents cafe carasau pretty often! She brought me by yesterday to grab some breakfast goodies and to my surprise they had tons of treats! She ordered a matcha and I ordered a slice of apricot pie, meatballs and eggs for breakfast served with tasty focaccia, and a baguette! The meatball and eggs was *chefs kiss* delicious! That was a good, protein packed breakfast. It came with a side salad! The apricot pie was delicious! This is such a cute cafe, tucked away in downtown Culver City. The service is always top notch here!

Such a cute little hidden spot in Culver City. We were looking for a spot to get morning coffee and pastries and landed here. We ordered two matcha lattes instead and a chocolate eclair. The matcha latte was good but the heated / frothed milk could have been hotter. Overall the drink felt slightly over room temperature. The eclair was perfect. Less bread and more chocolate filling. Delicious! Would definitely order it again. Service was friendly. Since we went close to 10am on a Sunday it was still relatively quiet. The associate who helped us with our order offered to answer any questions. The cafe also has a few goods from Italy for sale. Take a walk by the wall to check it out. Need to to visit again to try the coffee. Espresso Italiano

This review is solely for the dessert! We stopped by after a show at the nearby theater and craved something dessert to end the night on a sweet note. Based on the server's recommendations, we ordered the seada ($14) and the brioche pudding ($10). He stated that Carasau Cafe is the only Sardinian restaurant in the area and the one place you can order the seada which is a Sardinian dessert. The seada appears to be a fancy dumpling with lemon and cheese filling. Not personally my taste but very unique in its flavor and presentation is impeccable. The flakiness of the outside crispiness and the inside soft filling with drizzled honey is a mix of flavors and textures. The brioche pudding was rich in flavor and dense with an accompanying mango sauce. Very flavorful and comforting in its warm sweetness that made it filling as well. The mango was an interesting complement. There is also inside or outside seating and we opted for outside for the welcoming lighting as well as heat lamps.

Cappuccino w/ Vanilla + double espresso

I will definitely be adding Carasau Cafe to my top coffee stops in LA. I had a gorgeous cappuccino with vanilla: smooth, flavorful. My partner had a double espresso: robust and complex. It is in a beautiful location just off the Culver Blvd main drive - great seating options indoor and outdoor. We sat outdoor to enjoy the ambience, greenery and gorgeous mural on the Pali Hotel exterior.

Came here today with a group and we all had a blast. We got iced latte with coffee whip (made in-house), cappuccino, affogato, poison ivy, bombolone (italian donut made fresh daily with cream), berry tart and focaccia pizza. Everything was so good and the Owner is super friendly. Dog friendly patio, wifi for us digital nomads, and parking is inside Culver Steps.

Great Staff, Empty on a weekday day morning, was easy to find parking, a little pricey but worth every cent. Came for an Affogato and stayed for lunch. mini charcuterie.

Fantastic place, great place to work, delicious food and kind owner! What more can you ask for? This cafe opened a month ago right next to their established, affiliated restaurant next door. Francesco was very welcoming and clearly passionate about his food and coffee. I got a delicious large pizetta (only $4.96 including tax), but will have to be back for their bombettas (Italian donut) and espresso roasted in house. Wi-fi available, good amount of seating, easy quiet low-fi music made it a great ambience to get work done. Highly recommend, will be back next time I'm in the area!

My peach oolong matcha latte (with regular sweetness and ice) was very good without being too sweet or mild. The peach, oolong, and matcha flavors all came through despite being an iced latte. I see why the line was almost out the door on a Saturday afternoon! I think they only have one register, so the line moved a bit slowly, but it was worth it. Customer service wasn't stellar but they weren't rude, and they obviously had a full house of orders to take and drinks to make. Love that they had physical menus available at the beginning of the line so you can decide what you want ahead of time to make the ordering process smoother. I can't speak much to the atmosphere because we were really in and out once we got our drinks (the line wasn't just long, all the tables were packed!), but as the name suggests, it's a lovely modern tea house with a significant amount of seating inside and outside.

It does have some caffeine, so keep that in mind if you're planning to enjoy it later in the evening. Grab this drink and stroll around the mall, it is so refreshing, and you'll enjoy it on a hot summer day. Lines do tend to get busy, so I recommend placing an order on the mobile app. It may take 10-20 minutes for your order to be ready (on a busy day), but at least you can walk around the mall until your drinks are ready. There's tables and chairs inside and outside the location if you prefer to sit down to enjoy your beverage.

The strawberry matcha was gross--but also the staff didn't seem to really know how to make it? Grainy matcha, and they used the verrrrrrry last remnants (I'm talking squeezing out droplets) of a squeeze strawberry mix. The worst part??? The service. Absolutely terrible service. It was a hot day, and so we asked for ice water with our order. You would have thought we were ASKING FOR GOLD, the way the employees got so huffy and rude!!! After confirming we were Paying Customers, they proceeded to talk under their breath about how they were going to switch to bottled water so "people couldn't get free water" anymore, suuuuuper cool to hear! I didn't think asking for water with a $25 order would be crazy, but they sure went out of there way to make sure I did!!! Weirdos. So yes, I'll never be back here, bad service and bad drinks/donuts, hope it closes!

Lo and behold, Chamberlain Coffee was the first thing I saw when I went upstairs. I normally see Chamberlain coffee beans at places like Sprouts and Whole Foods so it's cool to see that there are actually coffee shops! (And yes, I am late to the game because I just found out five minutes ago that an influencer/business woman/podcaster/model is who owns this business and franchise.) Chamberlain Coffee is a stand-alone tiny shop/kiosk that is modern and sleek and only big enough for a few people to stand inside to order. There are no seating inside but tons located outside since the food court is close by. I am probably the worse at giving you a full review because I looked up and IMMEDIATELY zoned in on the banana latte. I am in my banana latte era! Ordered it from one of the three workers and got my well-crafted drink in less than 7 minutes. My banana latte made with whole milk was DELICIOUS! It is sweet but not synthetically sweet. I can taste the banana syrup, tasting homemade, and the coffee is strong enough shine through. It is not diluted with milk or masked with sugar. This is a well made coffee. The large, with tax, is going to cost $10. This drink edged up to be one of the best banana latte I have had as of yet so $10 for the large is worth it.
