The whole experience was amazing, as it is every year. So yes, I probably annoyed poor Dr. Farmer with a million paranoid questions, but he was patient, calm, and didn't even flinch when I asked if my eyes were haunted. I went for every test they offered because it's cheaper to catch something early than to walk into walls later. Exams here are priced about the same as anywhere else, but the frame selection? It's like a fashion show for your face. Paula was super helpful, and the tech, whose name I forgot, was so kind and careful you could tell he treats every lens like a baby bird. You'll pay a bit more for glasses here, but these are your eyes, not a gas station souvenir. I learned that the hard way at a discount place where my glasses looked great but reading a stop sign became a group project. If you want to actually see what you're doing in life again and not just squint hopefully, go see Dr. Farmer. Worth every penny and every awkward "one or two?" moment.

The staff was extremely nice and I actually enjoyed that the practice had some updated equipment that I hadn't seen. But a few weeks ago while looking through the window a kind woman, called out to me and welcomed me to Eyetique. I later learned that her name was Michelle and after talking with her about just the frames I had been admiring, I was ready to give them another try. Just last week my glasses arrived. Michelle called me directly and gave me the hours of the store and the times in which worked best to come in. I went to the store last Thursday. Michelle had already polished my glasses. She set me down to ensure that everything was the right fit and invited me back to have the glasses tuned up as they get more comfortable on my face. I love Eyetiques selection, but the only reason why I drove from Columbus, Ohio to the Pepperpike suburb was because of Michelle, she is kind, considerate, and a true professional.

The whole store is gender neutral, so no boys and girls side. We had a good time trying on frames, and everyone was helpful. Customers were even helping each other.
