Finley pretending he's blind so that we buy him some cool glasses..... They loved the treats they gave them in the store!

Warby Parker is the best. My wife has bought glasses off Warby online for years and loves the company. Very affordable and trendy, but also a very personable customer service. Anytime she's ever had an issue, she just texts back and forth with a representative. So we figured we'd try the brick and mortar store. It was just as fantastic as we figured it would be. All of the women working were so fun and helpful. Great selection too. On top of all that, they encouraged us to bring our dogs inside, gave them treats, and treats to go!

    Beautiful store!

The price on the frames was the price for the complete pair of glasses when I bought mine.

Scheduling an appointment online was easy and they followed up with a confirmation call and text. The staff was extremely nice and I actually enjoyed that the practice had some updated equipment that I hadn't seen. I was so happy to pay an extra $39 to have a picture taken of my eye, rather than having that puff of air blown in my eye. While there wasn't a huge selection of frames, they had some very nice options.

But a few weeks ago while looking through the window a kind woman, called out to me and welcomed me to Eyetique. I later learned that her name was Michelle and after talking with her about just the frames I had been admiring, I was ready to give them another try. Just last week my glasses arrived. Michelle called me directly and gave me the hours of the store and the times in which worked best to come in. I went to the store last Thursday. Michelle had already polished my glasses. She set me down to ensure that everything was the right fit and invited me back to have the glasses tuned up as they get more comfortable on my face. I love Eyetiques selection, but the only reason why I drove from Columbus, Ohio to the Pepperpike suburb was because of Michelle, she is kind, considerate, and a true professional.

A customer even finished with a rep and still no greeting for me. I walked out and will never return... Horrible customer service the fact that I couldn't even be greeted is insane. I'll book an appointment somewhere else! SMH

Ok first off, let me say I've been a lens crafters patron for over 20 years. Back when I had…read moreexcellent insurance coverage with low deductibles and great coverage, I spent on average 500.00 for a pie of glasses. No big deal, I was working and doing well. So I paid it without pain. I retired early at age 62 and was without any insurance. Ordered glasses at LensCrafters as always and paid little attention to price but was woken up fast at the price of glasses!! But, the lens crafters people miraculously reached in the drawer and pulled out coupons and bang! My glasses cost around 500.00. Now I finally turned 65, and have coverage again, immediately went to renew my prescription and get new glasses, guess what the price was for bare minimum glasses? Old style metal frames, no new tech... 579.00!!! Now I'm on fixed income and learning to pay attention to prices so I asked them if they could help out with a manufacturers coupon or something... the junior optician just said .."nope!" So I took my prescription and walked out. Went around the corner to vision quest and the same glasses WITH the bells and whistles cost 300.00! Shame on lens crafters! They lost me forever! Now I must comment that Dr. Beal and his staff in the back were amazing and I will always use them for my yearly checkup!
