I didn't want to post this as I'm an esthetician myself, but I'm still upset over my experience here. I came in for a lash lift after seeing all the social media posts & was confident I would leave happy. My lash lift was really mild & not lifted at the base. I tried to reach out but instead of offering any sort of solution, she tried to blame me for "not following aftercare". All of her texts seemed very dismissive. She took a photo which does show a lift, but I have gotten many before and none of them were like this. It sucks that I have to wait 6-8 weeks to go to someone else to have them done how I wanted. It's been 3 ish weeks and the lift is completely gone. It was a waste of $100 The experience inside the spa was very chaotic. I wasn't greeted, I doubt she even knew my name. Instantly started asking personal questions & the overall vibe just felt stressful. I feel like basic spa etiquette really lacked. I love dogs, but you should really make sure your clients don't have allergies before an appointment when your dog is running around. It's not sanitary. read more
