I understood why the price was what it was and agreed to pay such, but I have never had this many lashes fall out so quickly. I will say that they came out looking beautiful, but for the price and ratings I expected work that would last longer a week. I started getting my lashes done at Eyla because a friend of mine worked there. I instantly fell in love with having my lashes ready to go when I woke up in the morning. Unfortunately, my friend stopped working at Eyla shortly after and I found myself bouncing from lash girl to lash girl seeing whoever was available. However, since bouncing around, I have had an extremely frustrating experience. I waited 4 weeks between appointments because I was contemplating not getting my lashes done anymore. When I finally made the decision to stick with it, I called to see what the shop's policy was on fills/full sets: did they make the decision based on how many lashes were left or how many weeks were between appointments? I was told by the girl on the phone that if I had 40% or more of my lashes remaining, I wouldn't need a full set regardless of how many weeks it had been. I felt I had at least 40% left, but when I got there I was told I would need a full set which ended up costing me $125. I understood and sucked it up and paid the price. I then went to the front to check out and was asked if I wanted to make my next appointment for a "fill" - or so I thought. The shop recommends fills every 2-3 weeks, and I ended up coming back for my "fill" less than 3 weeks later. Only to be charged AGAIN for a full set: $125. My lashes were in great condition before my appointment so I was very shocked to find this out. When I asked the girl at the front why I was being charged for a full set she claimed it was because I had waited almost three weeks (nothing to do with the 40% rule I was told during my previous visit). Since I started coming to Eyla, I had always come in for a fill at 3 weeks and was never charged for a full set so this didn't make sense to me at all. But again, not wanting to argue, I sucked it up and paid the full price. However, I called the next morning asking to speak to a manager and was told a manager would "call me back" - no one ever called me back. The receptionist I spoke to this time, however, claimed I paid $125 because of the amount of fans my lash tech used. This was also very surprising to hear because I had asked for a classic "natural looking" set - nothing to do with fans or volume. I definitely noticed my lashes didn't look classic, but being rather new to lashes, and bouncing around between lash girls, I just figured this must be what this lash tech considered to be a classic set. Furthermore, the girl on the phone claimed that my lash tech was probably "filling the time" by using fans because I was booked for an hour long appointment rather than a "mini" 30 minute appointment. No one had EVER explained to me there was a difference in appointments, and all I knew to ask for was a "fill" and I let the receptionist make the appointment. It seems to me that both the receptionist and the lash tech should have clarified that all I needed was a fill rather than giving me something I never asked for and charging me accordingly. Needless to say, I feel like I have been given the run around, over charged, not been given consistent information, and shown very poor customer service with management never calling me back. If you want to be over charged and experience something similar, Eyla is the place for you. I, however, will be taking my money elsewhere. read more

paid $80. simple classic style, im a new customer at his location within 5 days they all fell off!. i have been wearing lashes for years, waste of time and money lashes should last about 3 weeks with good care. my person installed lashes on half of my eye lid stating, one eye you had lashes missing so i decided not to put t all, and to make them match , i install mid way on bot of your eyes, so they would match. if i was missing lash in an area, install a flair lash!! most experience tech use this method. installing a flair lash, cover up flaws!! fyi... flair lashes - are 3 lashes installed, instead of 1 lash . and to make matter worse the few she installed fell off with days. she install so few i was left with none within 5 days ! read more
