The Installers where terrible. Showed up on time and blew out my roof and raised my shingles from over spraying. That is not where it stopped. The Office workers where unprofessional, Did not return phone calls about my concerns before instillation. However managed to call me four times After instillation the same day, to pay for the job that was already paid for. Accused me of giving them a wrong email address when i clearly had emails from them. It was on a Sunday 2/22/26 so I am not sure if the office worker was drunk or just incompetent. After i walked her through how to do her job on the third call I think she was able to get everything figured out and was able to stop calling me for support. I would definitely recommend going with a different company to avoid the Office incompetence that is going on there. I have a gas HVAC unit that i now can't use the heat on because I now have an enclosed attic that uses gas heating. They failed to install the conversion kit for the HVAC system. Leaving me to die from carbon monoxide poisoning. I am now also having humidity problems in my attic. Having way to much moisture. Humidity is typically around 80% and it isn't even winter. causing roof rot and mold very soon. Update: After making an appointment to come and fix my roof that they damaged, it never occurred to them to make sure they had roofers to do the job i guess. After I texted them when they missed their appointment window I was called and told they couldn't come. Wasting most of my Sunday. No consideration for my time. I had all of my attic cleaned out, sanitized, sealed fixtures, baffles installed, new insulation and an attic entrance seal installed. Only complaint was needing to communicate with Spanglish and google translate. The crew did solid work and finished earlier than expected. I received a 10% discount for paying by check which I appreciated. The price they quoted involved more work than another quote and for significant savings. Highly recommend! read more

Don't believe the reviews and get lied to like my family did! These people didn't do the job right the first time and made us pull teeth just to get them to fix their mistakes! There was no supervisor to check the work, our rep Isabel has no communication skills as she promised us deals but when we talked about it with other reps they had NO IDEA what we were talking about. EVEN after using them THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE! it is still hot upstairs. The only thing this company did fast was accept the money everything else made us lose our minds! Horrid business ethics. Unorganized, multiple people call. They do not internally communicate. Attempting to change pricing after signed contract. Holding up my project. They wanted electric sub to be completed first. I do not recommend at all. read more

Removed my attic walkway during attic insulation. Salesman said I did not need it anymore and charged me $300 to remove the wall way planks! Six months later, had an electrician and HVAC team needed to go into attic and now my insulation is all stepped on and uneven. What could be improved: Get rid of the salesman. read more

First of all I would like to say this company does not care about the welfare of their customers. They put our family and our home at risk and took no responsibility. They were not only negligent and irresponsible they had a blatant disregard for our lives. And when we called to speak to someone, they talked a good talk pretending they cared and when it came down to be held accountable they denied any liability. We have lived in our home for over 30 years and have never had this sort of problem until the first day they came to preform their work. I cannot give details as we are still in talks with counsel. Highly recommended!!!!! Roni is super duper awesome!!!! He gave me a very reasonable quote for my 2 story 1976 built townhome. He explained everything in details on our first meeting. I truly appreciate how there's no lies, no tricks from Roni. He only offered what exactly my home needs. He even told me that if he tried to lie to me, he couldn't sleep at night! Anyway, it took him around 2 hours to get the insulation job done. I got the blown in, some baffles installed and an attic door cover. No issues with the work, the company is desperate, they continue to pester you for business almost daily. Then when the job is done they pester you for payment even when I advised them my Credit Card was flagged for fraud and it would be uplifted within the hour. After explaining this to them, they literally called back 2 minutes later. Definitely bad customer service and would def not recommend to anyone. read more
