The service person then told me there was no update and the car was washed As to that is why it took so long. But when I saw the car it was no different then when I bought it in. It still showed evidence of the rain. Plus I ended up have to re pair my phone. Which isn't a big thing but would have been good to have known. I would not recommend them. One deserves better service based on how much these cars cost.
