I was incredibly impressed by the expertise and troubleshooting diligence exhibited by Kermit and the team at SHA. As a female, I usually hate speaking with auto shops because you either get dismissed or talked down to. Quite the contrary! I can just text and schedule service. Second, they have loaner cars. They aren't fancy loaners like from a car dealership, but they are clean and they work. Thirdly, they don't talk down to women. I cannot tell you how many places talk down to me, acting like I am too stupid to know anything at all about my car. They are honest and give you a genuine opinion about the repairs they are recommending. You won't feel forced to get repairs you cannot afford, and that may not be 100% necessary. If you have recommended maintenance they will tell you it is recommended, and not make you feel badly if you don't have an extra $500 to drop on something that isn't broken. They are also a small business that remembers their regular customers and treats them well, which is why we keep coming back. Lastly, they are affordable.
