I had Sierra truck that right front wheel well and components rust out and needed a complete rebuild. ( over 5 k for parts). I have asked managers to help remind everyone to spray the right wheel wells just like they do to the left but it's sadly ignored. After the car was "cleaned" it smelled like smoke even though no one has ever smoked in it. (Because the rag was just used on a smokers car) The windshield was smeared with the same dirty stinky rag so you can't even see through it. Did I mention the charge was $175? I contacted Kevin and at first he was defensive telling me it's just a cleaning not a detail... for $175. I sent him the photos and he said that the car was probably just really dirty to start (it's a 2018) that $175 was for 2 hours worth of cleaning and they did their best to get the dirt off and couldn't. We had 2 cars done. They showed up at 1:15 and left at 3:30. 2 cars 2 hours each... you do the math. So I went out with a rag and my all natural plant based mild cleaner and spent 30 seconds wiping and the dirt came right off, I sent him a before and after photo of my cleaning and he said ohhhhhh ok he didn't do a good job and now that I look at their time clocks they didn't spend the time should have, touch ups are free so I will send them back Tuesday, Tuesday came and they couldn't make it because of a broken windshield wiper or whatever. So they were going to come Thursday. Never showed up never called. I have asked for a refund and he said "I don't do refunds" And basically told me to go kick rocks. I DO NOT recommend them.

I Have a few small dents and scratched - nothing big. The employee requested pictures of both interior and exterior of the vehicle. Which we sent right away. After a few weeks!! of reaching out with no response... FINALLY we got a response back and we were told "At this time we are only doing interior details". Don't advertise something that you will turn down because you don't want to do it. However, upon entering the building we were greeted warmly by John Desrochers and Michael Quigley. Both of them quickly put my preconceived experience to rest. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Honda, wasn't pushy at any time and I actually enjoyed negotiating with him. He took his time explaining some of the cars features and never hurried our test drive. We genuinely feel he got us the best deal he could on both the car we were buying and the car we were trading in. His follow up after the sale is to be commended as well.
