Hello, I've been to…read morethis comic book shop a few times. I like the selection and the layout is really user friendly. I'm rather new to comic collecting and I've been trying to keep my collection growing, but because I'm new to the hobby I don't always know how things work so I try to ask questions to the workers at the stores I visit. The store has one person who is honestly kind of rude. He is an older bald white guy. I've interacted with him a few times in the past briefly but I always felt he was kinda short and rude with me in comparison to how he interacts with other guests . I thought maybe I am overthinking the interaction so I always just let it slide and kept coming back. I told my partner briefly about this and he even agreed that maybe it could be me over thinking. I went in with my partner and this time I asked a question to the cashier about comic releases and the rude guy interjected and made condescending comments about me not knowing how releases work and overall made me feel really stupid. His whole energy just makes me feel like I'm not welcome and that I'm less than because I'm new to the comic hobby. When we left the store my partner immediately was like "is that the guy that is always rude to you?" I don't think I will come back to this store again because of how rude and unprofessional that guy is. He just really lacks customer service skills.

My boyfriend is in one of the bands that played here which they've played once before. We recently got into comics and reading again so we went in to supper their bookstore. The staff was very welcoming and helpful when we walked in the store. There were so many book organized into their own sections. This made the book easier to look through. Recently I've been into horror book and that section did not disappoint. I ended up getting Stephen King's Pet Cemetery. The prices of the book were on the lower side which was very nice!. As for the concert aspect, it was another amazing hard core show. The bands were amazing and I have to give some love to the staff running the concert. A fight broke out and two members of the staff took care of it. They kicked the guy out who started it and was there for the guy that got hurt. Overall this is an amazing location and I will be back for another concert/book shopping session.

The employees were welcoming, friendly and made the experience fun. They encouraged us to join their (free) rewards program via their website and follow them on instagram for updates and other events. I preordered the LP, and pricing is slightly higher than the Bruno Mars website, but I was happy to support a local business. I picked up the album today, and received the same great customer service as my first visit.

My daughter and granddaughter accompanied me on a mission to find specific hard to find Pokémon cards to complete a set. We were able to find 5 or 6 of them. The folks here are friendly and you can tell they are knowledgeable and love the industry. I randomly stumbled across this place when I was grabbing lunch in the area on my break. I can't speak to much on the value because I was just going in to take a look at the time (and didn't purchase anything on that particular visit), but from the price tags, everything that I saw seemed very reasonable. This is the type of place that I would have spent a lot of my paper route or minimum wages I earned when I was a kid. I probably would have spent hours here and been here all the time if this place was near me growing up. If you are into comic books and related collectibles, this place is an absolute gem.

Eli and Eddie are just so friendly consistently and very knowledgeable, Jason really knows how to run this store (please never ever switch management).
