I have never been so rudely treated by a business owner and I will NEVER go into this business…read moreagain. I tend to live by the mantra, "praise in public" and "criticize in private" and as such nearly all of my reviews across the assorted platforms speak to positive attributes of establishments that I want to encourage others to try. Typically, on those occasions where I have a negative experience, I seek out the owner and inform them to give them a chance to improve. However, since my experience this morning was so unacceptable and involved the woman whom I believe to be the business owner, I am compelled to leave this review to warn others (similar to Jeff M's review of 8 Mar 2023). The positives, Jenni's quality, timelines, and value is average for the market. The negative. A few weeks ago, when I picked up a batch of dry cleaning the owner informed me that her husband had accidentally dropped a pen in with my shirt when it was being dry cleaned. This resulted in multiple large ink spots on the shirt's front, back, and sleeve. She had tried, unsuccessfully, to get the ink out. She apologized and told me to purchase a similar shirt and said she would reimburse me. I was very pleased with this outcome since this Paul Fredrick shirt was one of the nicest dress shirts I owned, and it was a Christmas gift from my wife a few years ago. I pointed out that it was monogrammed and French cuffed, and she again told me to get the replacement shirt that is similar and she would reimburse me. So I went home, jumped on the Paul Frederick website and searched no luck. Then went on Amazon, still no luck. Then I did an open search, nothing. Unfortunately, no one longer carry the houndstooth stitched shirt, with French cuff, in green and white. In fact, Paul Frederick doesn't even offer the color shirt at all anymore. So I went back on Paul Frederick's site and located a plain white dress shirt with a French cuff, and the only stitch options were plain or herringbone, so I ordered the herringbone since houndstooth was not an option. Price for the shirt was $125, monogramming was $13, taxes were $14.50 and shipping was $15, coming to a total of $167. Last week I received the shirt in the mail and this morning I went into Jenni's with it and the receipt to be reimbursed, and to pay to have it dry cleaned. The owner was immediately confrontational about the price. She said she orders regularly from Paul Frederick and that they commonly offer free shipping. She also pointed out the difference between the two shirts (color, stitching, and cotton type). I told her I wasn't looking to argue and that I appreciated her willingness to reimburse me so I would pay for the shipping. I also informed her that I had tried on multiple platforms to find the same shirt as that I what I would prefer to have, but it is no longer available. She begrudgingly agreed and gave me the cash (not including shipping). I thanked her, left the shirt with her for cleaning and when on with my day. About three hours later the owner called me on my cell phone and immediately when into a tirade about how I should've spoken with her, that she get's 25% off so if it was going to be expensive that I should gotten her to order it, making comments such as she expected more form me as a military person, that I should've known better than to expect to be reimbursed for a better shirt than the one that she ruined, etc., etc.. After several minutes of this, I told her to "just stop". I said I would come in immediately to pick up the new shirt and that I would give her $50 back, and that I would never again be a customer of hers. She agreed. So I went into her shop, and she again confronted me. I told her I had no way of knowing exactly how much the shirt she ruined originally cost, and that I got the one that was most similar. I gave her $50 and explained to her that the $50 is inconsequential to me in the grand scheme, but what is impactful to me is the unacceptably rude customer service and treatment she had subjected me to. I again reiterated that I would never bring her any future business and she said "good." In a city with MANY dry-cleaning options, I STRONGLY encourage you to consider going elsewhere. I will be...

Located in a strip mall behind a Shell gas station that only has about 5 stores in it, there is plenty of parking in front of the strip mall. This was my first visit, and as my last name is difficult to spell, I handed over my license for the clerk to enter it in that way. She still entered my last name wrong, and put my middle name in instead of my first name. Which is neither here nor there, but she gave me a blank stare when I asked her why and she said she did not know why she put in my middle name. It is inappropriate, in my opinion, to do something, then if asked why it was done, to say "I don't know" and then not correct the action. I dropped the blanket off on a Wednesday afternoon, and she stated it would be ready on Saturday. Saturday, I stopped in to pay for and get the blanket. There was a clerk on the floor behind the counter, I could see her through the window when I walked up. Another gal was sitting on a window ledge by the door eating chips. She made no attempt at wiping her hands or washing them and got my blanket. Thankfully it was folded and wrapped in plastic, or I would have been upset. But, it makes me question the business practices here. It just seems odd. The blanket does smell clean, but I am left unsettled. In the end, I am unsure if I will be back. The clerks in front are the face of the business to customers, and while I believe my item to be clean, I have my doubts as to the ability of the company to make good decisions when the clerks are questionable at best. So, I am even doubting the three stars I am giving them.
