It looks like they took over Weinersnitchel and turned it into an outdoor patio restaurant. First time I've seen this. There's parking in the back and street parking. We came on a not so busy day. Got seated right away. The inside is cute and modern! We got to ordering right away because we were starving. We ordered the Chicken Shawarma and Steak Shawarma Wrap with Fries and Maanek. Both wraps were okay. I feel it was lacking some flavor but everything came out hot and fresh. As for the Maanek beef sausages. It's an interesting flavor IMO. Def has a sweet, savory, lemony taste to it. I think the lemon was a little overpowering for me. But overall, it's an acquiring taste and I would def order it again. Service was nice and attentive. Halfway through the 20 minute wait I asked if we can sit inside to eat instead and the guy at the takeout window said it was too late and we wouldn't be able to eat inside with our takeout bag. Ok? Our plates aren't even made yet so you can put them on plates for us to eat inside right? No, the orders already takeout. Shouldn't be that hard to change considering we still waited 10 more minutes after we asked to eat inside. We also weren't given our 2 fountain drinks. But I wasn't going to drive across 2 cities to come back for drinks we never got. I never rate a place but EZ Kabab made me to do it...We ordered Steak Shawarma and Ribeye pita wrap. First thing, when we arrived they didn't acknowledge us. They werent busy and they were making a burnt chicken for a customer so we waited till they said hi. Inside was like bit messy, half of the meat inside was falling when they were making wrap. I made video and also took pictures. My wrap had barely meat in it. They filled the wrap with fries which it wasn't fully cooked! Overall, we didnt like it! Also they only have to go and we ended up to eat inside our car. Their even didnt put napkins inside! On the menu, we had options to choose which type of bread we want and no one asked us. The worst customer service and the worst wraps that we've ever got. The meat also had too much fat and it was hard to chew...we paid $41 for a bread amd fries. read more

I've been coming here regularly for years, at one point almost weekly, strictly for the hookah because the food and service have never been impressive. After today, I will absolutely never return. Today, I was kicked out and banned by the manager for bringing outside food, something I've done before without issue. If there is a new policy, fine, but there are no posted signs, no communication, nothing. I was literally on my way out to eat the food in my car and planned to come back and continue enjoying hookah. That apparently still was not good enough. What made this situation completely unacceptable was what happened next. As I was being told to leave, staff started clearing my side of the table while my friend was still seated and told her she was welcome to stay and eat without me. When she chose not to support a business that was treating me this way and decided to leave as well, they told her she would still have to pay for her food. It escalated even further when staff then followed her outside and down the street, threatening to call the police on her simply because she chose not to continue supporting their establishment after witnessing how they treated me. On top of all of this, the manager also threatened to ban me permanently for even mentioning leaving a Yelp review, which is beyond unprofessional. To be completely honest, this place has been coasting for years. We only ever came for the hookah because the food has always been subpar, the service has consistently been poor, and management clearly lacks any understanding of basic customer service. The fact that they felt comfortable acting this way explains why the place is usually empty. This was not just bad customer service. It was aggressive, hostile, and embarrassing behavior from people running a business. Avoid this place if you expect even basic respect as a customer. read more

EZ Kebab is a great place to get a quick fix when you are craving some middle eastern food. The service is always fast and friendly. We tend to only do take out from here, but I have to say EZ Kebab has really upgraded its outdoor seating area. They've epoxied the floor, installed a large patio cover to add shade, upgraded the tables and chairs and installed some lighting and speakers to play music. They've really done their best to create a comfortable oasis that can make you forget there's a 6 lane Blvd a few feet away. I would definitely opt to eat there next time we visit. If you're looking for a more dine-in experience and not take out try Bei right next door at night. read more

Solid to-go spot with pretty large portions for each plate! The menu is pretty straightforward with plates, pitas, bowls, and some sides. Pricing feels fair for the quality of food! ($15-20+) The Trio Kebab Plate had ground beef, ribeye, and chicken - all of which were pretty good and flavorful. This would be great to share with another person to try a variety without having to order them separately. I also got the Steak Shawarma Plate which had good flavor, but unfortunately, it was quite dry. Luckily, they did provide some sauces which helped with the dryness, along with the rice and hummus. The side salad that comes with the plates is really tasty with the variety and dressing! I could eat more of that alone. Overall, the service was quick and friendly, and the food pretty tasty. I saw this kabob restaurant in my bookmarks and realized that it's not far off my beaten path when heading towards Newport. A small parking lot in back is a plus, as well as outdoor seating, some covered, and a heater when necessary. The tight A-frame looks like an old Wienerschnizl, but it makes things quaint in my opinion. A Shawerma Combo Plate is always a good place to start when trying a new establishment. That, or a combination kabob plate. Either way, you'll experience their excellent hummus, side salad with nice pita chips, which are perfect for scooping the hummus, and rice pilaf. The beef is the most heavily seasoned compared to the chicken, but both appear to be shaved off rotisserie skewers, also a plus. It took about 10 minutes to get the order put together, and I grabbed a seat in the covered patio. The first thing I noticed was the heavy garlic sauce, both on the side with tahini, and drizzled across the top. I was glad of their selection of pita, which is thinner and better for constructing a wrap. My first impression, though, was HFS, that's A LOT of garlic! My gf would be in heaven, but I'm glad I didn't add more- going to a wine tasting reeking of garlic is almost a big a faux pas as wearing heavy perfume or cologne. Fortunately, it dissipated, slightly, before the event. All things considered, I'd definitely come back to try the kabob trio, and probably a wrap to go when I'm not as hungry. I couldn't eat it all in one sitting, so $18 is excellent QPR, as is the portion size. read more

I thought I had already reviewed this place the first time I visited, so sorry if this is a duplicate. When I first visited this place, it was to go only. There were some tables set up on the side and it was very casual and quaint. The employee at the window was so nice- I believe he had a 3-syllable Spanish name like Roberto (?), and gave great service. My friend and I sat outside under the covered tables. We enjoyed our meal- I got a lamb beef wrap and my friend got a chicken plate. The second time I visited in December, we tried to enter from the back parking lot, but you could no longer walk through the seating area. They had opened up the inside and we were told by the manager there we had to sit down inside to order if we wanted to eat there. I figured ok. However I was disappointed to find out that the menu was more expensive and had different and more limited offerings than what was at the original takeout window. I think they still had takeout but the non-Latino manager directed us inside. I was also disappointed to learn that the lamb& beef wrap item doesn't have any lamb MEAT in it. Just lamb fat or lamb oil with the beef. Huge disappointment to think that's what I had selected previously. Since I am allergic to chicken and sesame ( ingredient in falafel), lamb is one of my only go-to's. Needless to say, I would no longer recommend this place except possibly for take out only, and thats if they still have the regular takeout menu and employees. However, I didn't make it all the way around street side to see if the takeout window and menu was still there. read more

Server sat me outside and turned on all the heat lamps to make sure I was cozy munchin. Their food is some of the best I've had mind you being late at night too. They name EZ kebab says it all. Prob the easiest meal I had after ten pm and they food was great too. Got me a chicken kebab pita wrap. That thing was wrapped to perfection with the grill marks on the sides so you know it was fresh off the press. Chicken was tender and moist, it even came with a side of fries I wasn't even expecting. Ordering is done at the front outside and they have several tables to sit at outside under some shade. That is the only seating available. They offer plates, wraps, bowls, and sides. Chicken Shawarma Bowl ($12) - I was impressed with the size of the bowl, it had plenty of tender pieces of chicken shawarma, fattoush salad, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles and garlic spread. Beef Shawarma Bowl ($13) - I was equally impressed with the beef shawarma bowl. They didn't skimp on the meat portion here, it was plentiful and so tender and flavorful. Overall I was really impressed with the bowls here! This is some of the best Lebanese fare I have tried and the pricing and quantity is great! I highly recommend getting their shawarma bowls, either chicken or beef. Make sure to get some garlic spread with the bowl. They have a small private parking lot that fills up. read more

We had a very easy time parking although the parking lot is on the smaller side. It was empty Sunday at noon. We walked up and were immediately greeted. By bf got a mixed plate, and I got the steak shawarma pita wrap. I tried both, and the wrap was the way to go. This thing was legitimately massive. I had half of it leftover. They don't skimp on portions especially with the meat. The flavors were blowing my mind. My bf loved his plate, great portions, great value. We will be back most definitely. read more

So next time I'll definitely order ahead. I tried the falafel pita wrap and hummus. The hummus is really good and the falafel was cooked perfectly.
